Although we have our classic ‪#‎tapas‬ our chefs enjoy their kitchens developing their imagination and bringing on delicious specials.
Today at Soho we have two magnificent dishes!
A special tapa: Melon&Jamon skewer on a bed of salad and gazpacho salsa.
A special dessert: Caramelised figs with Chantal cream.
Don't miss them out! They are so yummy!

Tapa of the week: Pulpo a la Gallega.
A traditional Galician dish also known as "Pulpo a feira" is delicious and simple: octopus, potatoes, olive oil and paprika.
Ideally to be enjoyed with a young red wine!

Tapa of the week: Gordal Olives.
The incredibly intense, juicy flavour bursts from these huge olives grown in Alcalá de Guadaíra and Utrera, Sevilla.They're firm textured, fleshy and with a mild spiciness coming from guindilla pieces.
Our chefs prepare this tapa stuffing every Gordal olive with orange and seasoning them with olive oil, oregano and rock salt. It's mouth watering!
