Hello. I'm currently having an issue with running libvirtd that I was wondering if anyone has any experience with? I get the following error:

8525: error : virConfParseValue:544 : configuration file syntax error: /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf:533: expecting a value

Thanks for any assistance.

The error message tells you clearly what's the problem. Did you try to fix the reported issue?
+Elias Probst it did already have a value of "user = root". Nevertheless I have gone ahead and changed the user parameter to my own user ID and the group to libvirtd. Now I can start libvirtd but it looks like its not making a connection as I get the following when running virt-manager: "libvirtError: Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory"
Figured it out. The line is specifying a user ID and then a group below that. Thought I had to change it, but instead I commented the lines out.
