This is another exercise you may utilize to condition your body the ballet way with.Please remember to warm-up and stretch out first before the exercise. Also try your best to hold in your core shoulders level, go through your feet to point your toes, pull up on the supporting side, and breathe during. If you focus on all these other muscles as you do the exercise repeatedly on both sides you will feel the conditioning effects of this combination. Have a great day everyone. ;)๏ปฟ

Hello everyone I am sharing another basic beginner ballet exercise. This one is called rond de jambe and is really good for warming up and strengthening the hip muscles, inner outer upper leg muscles, core, feet shoulders, arms. If you focus on holding your core in, pulling up on your supporting leg, going through your feet as you point your toes, keeping your shoulders level and breathing while doing this combo you will feel it. Do these things as you repeat the exercise several times and you will feel the conditioning effects of the combination. Have a good day practicing this ballet exercise. :)๏ปฟ
