This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. 1st, they advertise these ridiculously low prices online, and when you go in they say that's a "special price" and hike the price up approximately 6-7 grand, they're going to say the online price is "special pricing" and without they're "dealer add ons". 2nd, PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT BE FORE YOU SIGN! After printing the contract and getting ready to sign, I see something g that stands out to me. It's said "84 month payments" there's no way in hell I would ever sign up for 84 months of payments. Turns out, they didn't lower the price to what we agreed, they just put 84 months to lower the payments and make it seem as if. I should have walked out at that Kinney but I have them the benefit of the doubt and just made the fox it, which they got an attitude but fixed. 3rd, I bought the I guess "took notch" service plan for my vehicle, as we all know this place is located in Terrell which I stay many miles away from. The guy told me I could get an oil change ANYWHERE as long as it's a certified dodge dealership. So I go to the location by my home to get a oil change and they can't find my plan, so I decide to call Terrell to see what's going on to which he replied I have to drive to Terrell for an oil change. I stated that's nowhere in the contract and I live nowhere near Terrell to which he replied, "OK!" with an arrogant attitude. Bottom line, NEVER buy a car from this dealership, sadly I have to give at least 1 star, if I could could give negative I would! Worst car buying experience EVER!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY REASON!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler (4 door) from Randall Noe and I NEVER want to go back to that dealership again. I might even stop going for my 2 free oil changes a year because their customer service is THAT bad. First we'll start with my purchase of the vehicle. The first time I went to look at it I had no intention of buying it because I was not in a hurry. I had a 2007 2 Door Wrangler and only wanted to trade it in before doing upgrades such as a lift kit, big tires, etc. I knew that I would want a 4 door some day when I had a family. But on this particular day the salesman was so rude that when I told him I didn't want to buy it just yet, his response was "You're gonna make me lose my job!" HA! I laughed at him and walked out the door. About 3-4 days later a manager called me to ask if he could do anything to help me get the Jeep. I told him that if he gave me what I wanted for my trade in value, then I would come get it that day. He called back 10 minutes later and said he would do it. I also purchased an extended power train warranty since it was a brand new vehicle. Awesome, no problems there. After I purchased the vehicle I made some upgrades as planned. Put a 3.5" long arm lift kit and 35" tires on it. Also regeared it to a 4.88 ratio and had front and rear air lockers installed. Took it offroading and everything was great (thanks to Baertrax in Dallas for all the work)! A few months later I was driving through some high water on the interstate and I wanted to put it into 4WD HIGH. I read in the manual that you can shift it while in motion as long as the Jeep is under 45 MPH. I slowed down to 40 MPH (which wasn't much since everyone was driving around 45-50 due to the torrential downpour of rain) and shifted to 4WD HIGH. The front drive shaft blew out of the CV joint and started banging round underneath my feet. I took it to Randall Noe and they had to take pictures of the damage, send them to Chrysler, and eventually came back to tell me that since I put the lift kit on (as opposed to having them install it) that it caused the driveshaft to fail. Oh and everytime I called the dealership to find out if they heard back from Chrysler, they wouldn't return my calls! I had to keep calling and calling until I got someone to answer... SERIOUSLY?!? Anyway, they sell Jeeps from their lot with lift kits already installed all the time! Now a stock part fails and they won't honor the warranty?? I did some research and the CV joint is a very common failure in the newer Wranglers, which means it's a bad design... Oh and by the way, I'm an engineer so I know a thing or two about designing parts! So I ended up purchasing a better style drive shaft from Tom Woods (highly recommended). With the purchase of this vehicle I am to receive 2 free oil changes a year. The only problem is that I can only get in and out of the shop in a minimum of 1.5 hours! They are very poorly managed in the service shop and very undermanned. The last straw was when I made an appointment bc I noticed a slow drip coming from underneath my transmission. They called me a few days before the appt and told me they would have to cancel bc they just lost one of their technicians and the only remaining tech had injured his arm... Sounds like a safe and enjoyable place to work! No wonder their former tech left his job! Oh and by the way, the drip stopped so I didn't bother rescheduling an appt with anyone else. On my next road trip my transfer case blew up going down the highway! Luckily I found a professional dealership in Franklin, TN who replaced the transfer case AND the front drive shaft (it took some damage as well) and had it covered under warranty! They even covered a rental car so that my family and I could visit my parents for Christmas! Too bad I don't live in Tennessee...

Found a truck on-line and I called the dealer to discuss the pricing and I would be purchasing through Affiliate Rewards Preferred Pricing Program. I was told that they would sell me that truck at their E pricing that was below my program price. The dealership was over 2 hours, so I called before I left to verify the truck was still there. Arrived at dealership to wait 20 minutes and a different truck was brought up. The truck I was interested in was "just sold". The second truck they would not honor the online price although we initially discussed price on the phone and these "dealer add ons" were NEVER mentioned. The guy who brought the truck up said they do that to get people in here and all dealerships do it. The "sales managers/directors" I spoke to on the phone and talked price never greeted me or talked to me, just had the young man who brought the truck up tell me they made a mistake with pricing. Unprofessional and dishonest

Worst place to buy a car ever. Sales man are rude and know nothing about the cars they are selling. I bought a jeep SRT8 from them almost 2 years ago and it was a horrific experience. I have recently had to go back to this dealership to attempt to get my warranty refund in motion as I have since traded the jeep but they cant even figure out how or who does that. This place is a joke and should not be accredited by the BBB or any business for that matter. Please don't go to this dealership expecting customer service. They have none and they do not even know what the meaning of those words are. Im sure some people have had one bad experience there and written horrible reviews. I bought THREE cars from them giving them the chance to rectify the last horrific experience and it only got worse. went to another dealership this past time and actually enjoyed the car buying experience.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Aaron the sales manager quoted me a price over the phone. When I arrived he honored that price and I left buying the vehicle I wanted at the total financed amount I expected. I traded my 2013 GMC and got want I wanted for it. I would highly recommend any of my family and friends to buy here. Aaron and Jake were complete professionals. Don't belive everything you read. I drove from Chandler TX to buy!
