First off just about everything they mail is junk offering some new insurance product and with the address sloppily scrawled on the envelope... Maybe they let their kids address their mail? Several months ago their inspector came out the house while I was gone, without any warning at all, then months later they send out a letter saying that there are problems on the property and they won't be renewing my homeowners insurance. So of course I check out all the things on the 'trouble list' and they are things that I'd already fixed or never been broken to begin with. So I call them up and they say not to worry about it "we can just get you a policy with someone else" it should be about the same rate, that wasn't really what I wanted, but I said whatever go ahead. Let me talk to my boss and I'll call you back.were (the famous last words), there was no call-back after a week so *I* call and *gasp* they don't know anything about it. To make a long story short, I switched carriers, they gave me a better rate and I don't get any junk mail.
