Campground is clean and well laid out. Campsites are level and semi private. We stayed in a pull through site with all hookups. Hookup connections were quick and easy. I'd say everything is as advertised.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this campground was, especially for a KOA! It's set right in the woods and has a very natural setting, lots of trees and boulders. This campground has the feel of many "state" campgrounds I've camped at - this is real camping, even if you are in an RV - and I'm sure that tent campers enjoy this campground even more! Lot's of recreational amenities offered here and a nice pet playground. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy them this time as we had plans to tour the battlefield and town of Gettysburg and were only there for the night. Next time we plan on spending more time here.

I am not sure why so many people give this place such good ratings. I feel it's a nostalgia thing, but this is a dump. It's dirty, loud, you have kids running through camp sites, music blasting at all hours of the night. It looks very run down. I so wanted to give it a chance, this is as honest impartial review as you will get. It also has as very swampy odor throughout. I do not reccommend staying at this place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review David. Please accept our apologies that you were not completely satisfied with your stay as we do work very hard to make sure every guest is. We do have a quiet time so our campers can relax and if you would have brought the noise issues to our attention during your stay we would have done everything possible to help you resolve them. We do hope you have a wonderful summer and safe travels.

Close to a lot of the things we had planned on going to do. Large spaces, big enough for our slides and an extra vehicle to park. Plus room for all my children's stuff every where! The staff were friendly.

This is a hidden gem in Gettysburg ! Love it because the sites are surrounded by trees so it's really beautiful. It's small enough that the kids can wander around themselves but big enough to have many fun activities to do. We camp here yearly and it's always a relaxing and fun weekend ~ rain or shine!
