Campground is clean and well laid out. Campsites are level and semi private. We stayed in a pull through site with all hookups. Hookup connections were quick and easy. I'd say everything is as advertised.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this campground was, especially for a KOA! It's set right in the woods and has a very natural setting, lots of trees and boulders. This campground has the feel of many "state" campgrounds I've camped at - this is real camping, even if you are in an RV - and I'm sure that tent campers enjoy this campground even more! Lot's of recreational amenities offered here and a nice pet playground. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy them this time as we had plans to tour the battlefield and town of Gettysburg and were only there for the night. Next time we plan on spending more time here.

This is a hidden gem in Gettysburg ! Love it because the sites are surrounded by trees so it's really beautiful. It's small enough that the kids can wander around themselves but big enough to have many fun activities to do. We camp here yearly and it's always a relaxing and fun weekend ~ rain or shine!

Close to a lot of the things we had planned on going to do. Large spaces, big enough for our slides and an extra vehicle to park. Plus room for all my children's stuff every where! The staff were friendly.

We have been staying at the Gettysburg Battlefield KOA for the past 10 years and would never stay anywhere else! The campground is beautiful nestled in the woods surrounded by nature. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There is always something to do at the campground or the staff will help you with tours. The cabins and lodges are always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the Gettysburg Battlefield KOA!

Our first stay at a KOA, and it could not have been nicer. We usually rent rustic cabins, and this was much nicer. Heat, A/C, lights, cable tv, a real bed ( mattress more than 2 inches of foam) , a water spigot right outside our cabin. They allowed dogs, and while we did not take the kids this time, they would have had lots to entertain them if we had.
