Appalling queuing system. We lined up at 12pm, finally got our tickets at 2pm. They have combined the ticket office for the other 2 attractions together for a unified box office. However, this made the lines incredibly difficult to distinguish especially at the size of queue. They need to modify there online system to have included barcode so they dont have to perform redundant tasks like lining up for a barcode to enter (YES, if you bought your ticket online you still need to line up). Also their online booking system is so dumb, that it is hard to understand what I booked for, hardly any explanation with a lot of complex marketing jargon. A redeeming feature would be the feeding time and the old sea tunnels.

It's pretty similar to other sea life aquariums, and is a great attraction for kids of all ages. And making it extra special was seeing the dugongs. The only downside is, it's a bit pricey, but not bad when you get the three attractions instead of a single.

Really engaging layout, a diversity of sea creatures and lots of available information on marine life. For us, the highlight was definitely the dugongs. We love you, Pig and Wuru!

I recommend buying the annual pass if you're going to go more than twice in a year. It's better value, plus you get to skip the lines. It's open til 10pm, so you should go after 6pm to both avoid the massive crowds and get the whole place to yourself, and also to see the animals when they're more relaxed and chilled out without little kids stressing them.

Awesome! The management is great and they've included everything. Gift Shop, Giant Lego, Photos, Wide array of underwater species, information about those species and the atmosphere is very immersive. Great for all ages and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.

My children love the aquarium and it is great that it is one track, however my son with ASD finds it too noisy so we can only go on the weekdays and we know all of the shortcuts to the exits.

A really nice aquarium and amazing being able to see their two dugongs. Lots of big tanks and plenty of smaller tanks with a huge range of animals. It is expensive, and usually very busy, which makes it hard to have a proper look round with so many people there, hence not 5-stars. But all tanks were clean and full of lots of happy looking animals, algae and corals.

In urgent need of an upgrade. Crowded. Marine life was ok. If you've been to any other good aquariums in the world, you'll be disappointed.
