So much YES. Think of how this can help Veterans and students who fell in the gap of financial aid. Absolutely amazing.

Loved it. Epic. BUT- you're a video production company. You fast-forwarded when you could have done a great cut to show your skillz, (with a, 'z') Total turn-off if I wanted to send clients your way.

Some covers put the original to shame. Never thought I'd say this about Radiohead. So, well done. Absolute feeling.

It is pleasant enough, but I find it to be almost ambient. That may have been the point of the original song but I tend to not enjoy ambient stuff all that much.

I love when an artist is completely lost in the song. One of the best covers I have ever heard. Incredible.

Ava is STILL talking about this. Thank you, again! :)
I’ve wanted to do outdoor movie nights with a projector and screen for five years, ever since my wife and I moved from our St. Paul high-rise condo into a single-family dwelling with a big back yard. For one reason or another — including several summers filled with home-improvement projects — we never got around to it. Then, this month, we were mulling a follow-up to an epic party we hosted in June. More …

Even better than the original. How can Jack Johnson be so utterly talented?

Target's new redesign: Who's to blame when two parties have to sign off on a new site? http://lnkd.in/bWwPnZ9
In Adweek's comments, people speculated about who was behind the redesign. I had remembered the news about Sapient Nitro losing part of the account last year and low and behold, Razorfish is cited by Adweek itself, as the winner of the e-commerce work. (If this truly is the case, ...

I wanted to like Becker- just so much. We purchased a Queen Stearns and Foster bed from there and a headboard. The bed has some elements of sinking, even after 3 months. Then, we purchased a $400 end table and a pair of $200 lamps. The lamps were a mess, after we took them out of the box. The shades were broken and the wire in the lampshade didn't even align with the shade. And, wires were broken. The base was alright but had a few scratches. We asked for them to trade out the shades or do a small partial refund so we can get other shades as the bases are fine. The end table, (the $400 end table,) came in a box, not put together. It was the quality, (except less) of IKEA. We asked to return the table and any fees that were associated with it. So, for 3 weeks, we've been trying to return a table. Becker, doesn't have the correct record, (that they can find) of the sale in the computer. So, they've had to dig multiple times to find the table and lamps that we had issues with. Allison at the front desk is hopeless. (Sorry, Allison.) Every time we've called, she's taken our number to have the sales person call us back. (Haven't gotten calls back.) And, she apparently inputted our information incorrectly as no one can seem to find this order. Sarah- the assistant manager, seems great. She's been proactive and helped during a call today. But really, we'd like this resolved. Buyer, beware. Poor construction and quality. Not worth the prices. Spent a bit more and get better pieces that will last.

Post office needs serious, serious, help. On-going issue with mail delivery- (we routinely get mail for one street over. Our packages always seem to get delivered to the neighbors.) Called a few times to log it when issues happened. Unreliable pick-up times. (Sometimes it's early. Sometimes it's 4pm.) Apple Valley friends haven't received our Christmas cards yet, but burnsville and lakeville have. Interesting. UPDATE: 12/13: I had a long talk with the Post Office today. We haven't been getting our mail daily. We've been getting HUGE piles of mail about 3x a week. After a few weeks of it, I called to see what was up. (This is after getting wrong packages/not getting packages or mail for 2+ years.) This was their response: "Because of the amount of mail, we are unable to come everyday as our carriers often are out delivering mail from 7pm - 8pm on some days. And, after dark, it's not safe for them to be delivering. So, we have to pull the drivers off the street."

We just moved to the area and were looking for good Chinese delivery. Not only were the prices phenomenal and the portions generous, but the taste was INCREDIBLE. We ordered 2 combo plates, (General Tso Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken.) They both came with rice and an egg roll. Everything tasted fresh and the veggies in the dishes were amazing. We also ordered cream cheese wontons on the side. Solid decision. They've earned themselves 3, new fans. Edited 9/2014: Really, really, slow service. We took a chance and ordered again after a very poor experience the last time. (They get lost constantly. Always an excuse.) Delivery times of an hour or more. So bummed. Used to rock.

We booked a Family Suite for a few nights over Memorial Day weekend. While currently in our stay, a few things struck us: - The staff really is as friendly as everyone raves. Sue at the front desk was FANTASTIC at check-in. She went out of her way to get us in a room before the normal check-in time so our toddler could take a nap. She even offered to keep our food in the fridge until our room was ready. The few times we stopped by the front desk for questions, (and to buy 2 bears,) the staff was exceptional. - The sheets are TO DIE FOR. I'm a traveler and I've stayed in the best resorts all the way down to some pretty seedy motels. Whatever they use in the wash make the sheets feel incredibly-soft. They also smell amazing. (No institutional bleach smell.) Literally, I would take these sheets home. - The suite is perfect and it was relatively clean. We noticed a few suspect "dna" stains on the comforter and some fresh gum stains on the floor. Otherwise, the room is in perfect condition. They thought of little extras as well- like having paper towels handy and extra garbage bags. The coffee maker was pretty standard, but our Family Suite came with a sink, microwave and small fridge. - The televisions didn't work. The front desk claimed it was a problem with, "wires." I'm not a big tv watcher so it didn't matter. However, I imagine this was a huge inconvenience to some hotel guests. - The park is clean, well-staffed and the water is WARM. From other reviews, I expected a cold water park, but this wasn't the case. The water was warm and clean. The park is well-maintained and the lifeguards were helpful and VERY attentive. A few highlights: The wave pool is serious fun. Our almost 9 year old had a blast! The lazy river goes at the perfect speed. The slides are fantastic and there's many to choose from. This is definitely a water park for younger kids, indoors. The outdoors is better suited for adults. Our favorite part was the swim-through hot tub. My 8 year old was allowed in, (6 and up.) - Believe the complaints about the food. This is where they lost a star. While we waited for our room, we stopped at the pub for some food. At 12:30, they were still stocking the bar, (it had opened hours earlier.) Completely under-staffed and blaming new, "computers" it took over 25 minutes just to get our drinks and order taken. (They comped my margarita, which was kind.) The food though... was awful. We weren't the only ones who left most of our plates behind. The onion rings were fantastic, but the grilled chicken was dry and burned. The french dip was undercooked to the point where it was bloody. (We brought it to their attention.) Knowing that the food was taking a while, they brought out applesauce cups and crackers for our kids which was very thoughtful. I don't think they were ready for a busy Memorial Day weekend, but there was only 2 other families in the Pub at the time we were there. Overall, it's a great value. We looked into extending our stay by a day, but found out that the waterpark is closed during the week. (It's only opened on the weekends.) And I understand. There had to be 10-12 lifeguards just around the lazy river and wave pool. I imagine the cost of staffing it every day would be too much. Here's a tip: Do yourself a favor and eat off-site. Go to the "Bog" restaurant up the street by the medical center. (It doesn't look like it's anything special from the outside, but the service and food won us over.) Their soups are homemade and to die for. We ate dinner there and I had the broiled cod. It was.. amazing. Worth the 2-minute drive.

I had a few hours to kill and needed to get a pedicure. I went to VP nails as I had gone there once before and they had done a great job. However, this time, I didn't get the owner, but rather an older woman. The pedicure was the worst I ever had. My left (big) toe is still bleeding from around the nail where she dug in too hard. (I get pedicures once every 2 weeks. I've never experienced the level of pain that I did in that pedicure.) The, "massage" was just awful. She literally pounded my legs. Asked her to stop, stated I was done, (cancelled the pink and white fill I was going to get after the pedicure, paid and left.) Today, my left toe is swollen and painful. I'm bummed. Wouldn't go there. Wouldn't recommend it. Looks like others have had the same issue.

Dear Ed, please stop making commercials and fix this store. 45 minutes later and sadly, we have died of starvation. We tried to eat various things in our office but it is to no avail. When we called after 45 minutes to see if the driver was in a car accident or perhaps, attacked by sandwich-stealing bandits, we were told, "We're really behind, OKAY?" Couldn't have been ruder. You've disappointed us, JJ's.

Super cute selection, but the prices are insane. They just started carrying Honest products and marked the laundry detergent up to $18. (From $12.) There's a 30-40% higher mark-up here than anywhere else. We don't shop here because we'd rather support a competitively priced store. If you're looking for fantastic baby gifts, head down a block and over a block and check out, "I Like You." Adorable, handmade and much better pricing.
