This place Charged me 89 dollars for an oil change and car wash which they advertise is for $40. All the items on the receipt added up to 40 something dollars but the subtotal just magically became 89 dollars. When I asked the lady behind the desk about it she just kept pointing to the subtotal and telling me that is how much I pay. 89 dollars for a car wash and oil change is mad...a very poor car wash at that. Do not go here.

I purchased the highest package available on the huge menu outside, assuming that they would pay attention to the inside of my car. Unfortunately, they did. I got my car back with a thin sheen of greasy "Armor All" on the interior that must have been applied by a dirty rag, because not only did they fail to remove any of the obvious stains on my seats or dash, they managed to make more of their own. Combine this with the piles of dirt still on the floor and you have Arbor Car Wash and Lube Center's "The Works" package. Thank you, Arbor Car Wash. After paying you north of $40, with a cash tip given in blissful ignorance, I have the pleasure of cleaning my car. A second time. On the same day.

DO NOT GO TO ARBOR CAR WASH! I DID AND NOW I NEED A NEW ENGINE! Tl;dr: Didn't put oil in the car during an oil change and now I need a new engine. I went for an oil change on 6/28/14 and then my car broke down on the side of the road on 6/29/14 because there was NO OIL in the car. They forgot to put oil into the engine! Had it towed to Kerrville Ford Dealership and they said that the reason why the car died was b/c there was no oil in the car. The technician had to put in 4 1/2 quarts in! They double checked for leaks and there was none to be found. Contacted Arbor and they said that they wanted another opinion. Had it towed into Austin to Leif Johnson Ford where the double checked for oil leaks. There was NONE to be found. The suggestion on their end was to replace the engine. I have given Arbor Car Wash 2 WEEKS to make things right. Now, they're telling me that they're not taking responsibility at this time because of the evidence that they have. 1 is the reports from the shops, which I also have, with one stating there was no oil and both stating that there were no oil leaks. And the other only evidence that they have is a video where it shows the technician putting the gas pump like thing up to the car. BUT there is no video of the gauge of the pump saying how much went in, and there's also no AUDIO to hear if the machine is on or not. Not only am I college student but I am also a delivery driver. I am out of a car and a job! Right now I've lost up to $1,000 in wages and going to lose more.

The guys performing the oil change were nice, but my supposed upgraded car wash didn't even include a tire shine. I assume there was an attempt to vacuum because the floor mats were disheveled, but dirt remained in the carpet. If you want people to care about the job you're paying for, I probably wouldn't recommend this place.

Horrible! It didn't look like they cleaned anything. I waited for 40 minutes. When we got our truck back it had smudges all over the windows and there was dirt from the workers shoes all over the floor. We asked for a refund after we explained what the problem was and the supervisor just walked away. The worker at the register said we would have to wait for the general manager to get a refund. After the manager arrived 10 minutes later he told us that he complete agreed with us and they didnt do their job but they don't offer refunds. I will never go there again. I would caution anyone who is thinking about going here.

Not terrible but i will have to do a second wipe down and deep clean. Main complaint, 2 young workers who barely wiped down anything and talked the whole time. Not to get too "back in my day" but seriously, you got time to lean you got time to clean. That's your actual job, cleaning! All of the other employees were working super hard and were friendly. My car would have been cleaned better and faster if they had contributed. Rage.

Man was I in a jam. I called a place up the street & they had closed. Someone spilt gas on my carpet during South by Southwest and I showed up here after they closed and they were still willing to help me out before my 5 hour drive, kids in the car and gasoline smell everywhere they save my ass..

I got an oil change for $40 that came with a free car wash. I was approached as soon as I pulled up, asked if it was my first time there, and explained to how their process works. Despite the place being very busy (the seating area was almost full), my car got an oil change and wash in 45 minutes total, from pulling in to driving away. I didn't encounter any of the problems that others with 1 and 2 star reviews had. I paid the price I was told about up front, no one tried to upsell me, and the car wash was certainly acceptable. Not a work of art (a couple of dirty spots on close inspection), but overall it was worth the visit.
