"What Highly Effective People Don't Tell You" offers a view into the mind of a business leader. It combines the genres of psychology, self-help, and business/leadership literature in an easy-to-comprehend, graphic novel format.
The images add a powerful, emotional layer that is absent from other business books. It sparks personal development/growth on intuitive and emotional levels.

Our habits can often make or break our goals. That doesn't necessarily mean some are positive or negative. If you understand how to manage those habits, you can use it all to get the results you want.

Enduring pain and hardship is not an indicator of strength. The idea behind "thick skin" is usually a farce, and the reality is that people are suppressing or ignoring their very real issues.
In "What Highly Effective People Don't Tell You," John has used his "thick skin" to push him forward to "success." See what happens when personal life interferes with his plans. Order your copy at http://madhueinsiedler.com/effective-people/

We discussed last week if happiness and success meant the same thing to you. Happiness can be fleeting, but more importantly, it can be common or uncommon - depending on how you view things. Wellness, is how you express that happiness in your life an share it with those around you.
One maor theme of my graphic novel, "What Highly Effective People Don't Tell You" is finding that happiness and wellness.

It’s those little things, that are able to ‘make our day’ - if we are awake enough to notice them:
The flowers blooming on the way to work; the co-worker who smiles at us, and we smile back; the warmth of the first sip of coffee; that we got a sit on the metro or bus.
It might sound superficial, yet it works: The more we watch our for those ‘little things’ the more ‘little things’ we’ll notice and the more we’ll feel grounded, content and maybe even happy.
Don’t believe me - test it!
