I called wanting to speak with someone in the photo department and was transferred. The phone rang so many times my call went back to the operator. She then transferred me to electronics where once again it rang so many times it went back to the operator. This time I told her I would go somewhere else. She said "ok". I guess they don't need the business.

I went to look for a Paramore 'All We Know is Falling' CD (2005).So before I went to the store I checked the online stock online. It said instock so I went to that walmart.I headed towards the entrainment section and began my searching. After 30 minutes of carefully scanning the 'P' I couldn't find it.So naturally I went to ask a nearby clerk.I politely asked and he told me "Yeah sorry I can't do anything about that."I asked if he could check the online stock and he told me he didn't have the power to do it.I asked him one more time if he could help, being persistent. He told me "Go to the P and start from there."Boy,that made me.However he's like that with everyone.A guy asked if he could check out there and he said "sorry helping a customer."He was clearly not because after he left he stood there. He was an older gentleman around his 70's so keep an eye if you see him.So I went to go find my mother, she was at the fitting room with my sister.I waited and these two older ladies (50 or so) were talking about smack about everyone there. There was a huge pile of clothes that needed to be folded and it wouldn't hurt if they broomed. My mom told me that the dressing rooms weren't quite clean and that they had dust around the corners.I'm not implying that everyone at this walmart is lazy and just terrible but there's a majority.I really never go to walmart and neither would I think of being a regular shopper. If this isn't enough here's some news:I'm 13.If I'm not getting good service what are the chances you are too?

Worst was walmart ever.. the men's bathroom stank, the women's was closed for cleaning while the Walmart guy stood in the door way not cleaning.. walked to the back and both those bathrooms taped shut... stuff so piled in the aisles that you could barely take a cart thru... and when I checked the cashier Maria was being relieved to go to break.... she griped to her co-worker the whole time how it wasn't her break time...she actually walked away in the middle of the transaction to gripe to another Co worker.. as far as I am concerned the manager of this place should be let go and revamp the whole place...will never shop there again & I live in the area

I waited at the jewelry stand for 15 minutes to no avail. Hire more staff members, and if you're unable, increase the employee pay to attract workers. Long lines too. This is my least favorite Walmart.

This is THE most poorly managed Wal Mart in the entire Omaha metro. It is frequently out of stock of even common items and is consistently (if not deliberately) understaffed. There are NEVER enough cashiers (I'm not exaggerating) I'll repeat: There are NEVER enough cashiers. No matter what time of the day or week I walk in and the checkout lines are so long they are wrapped around the isles or are stretched back into the merchandise areas. I realize it's Wal Mart and being the behemoth they are they don't care much about customer service. But if this was any other store, they would have either had a management turnover by now or would be on their way to closing down. Maybe management figures that because the employees and the clientele base in this area are generally working class, that they don't deserve any respect. Well, I'll let you all in on well-known management principle: if you don't respect the clientele or your employees, they tend not to respect you back.

I had to wait in line for about five minutes to check out. But, I found lots of great discounted items in this store.

Sucks big time. Always a mess, and never more then two lanes open. Lines take like an hour.
