I come from a city full of chick fil As, and never have to pick one location over another because they all offer top notch customer service and food. Having moved to an area with only one CFA, I'm wishing there were another option: the staff here usually talk to me as if I'm inconveniencing them by being there. I am rarely smiled to or even met with eye contact by people who are even badged as the "hospitality director." At McDonald's this would be business as usual, but chick fil a has taught me that I can safely hold them to a higher standard. I hope the staff makes a renewed effort to be outgoing and friendly with every customer.

Always busy here, so it must mean the food good... And it is. Service is good, staff are friendly, and the food usually comes up quickly... Even when it's busy. Great place to go.

I went last night at almost about their closing time, I got their combo chicken sandwich and fries, but they're out of fries and won't make more, so I had the salad instead of fries. The food was alright, but after less than an hour, my stomach feels really weird, i then feel like I want to vomit. Stomach and back starts to hurt, I went straight to the bathroom and starting know what....and throwing up all the salad and food I just ate. This had never happened to me before. I just had FOOD POISON from the food I just brought from this chick-Fil-A. After all those pains and bathroom visits, I started to feel a little better. My suggestion is that, DO NOT eat at this place if you want to get food poison like I did.

Of all the chick fil a locations in central Florida this is the worst. Their 2 lane drive thru is designed so the lane closest to the building only moves half as fast as the other, the chicken breading is always gooey instead of crispy, and the cashier is incompetent. I am a huge chick fil a fan, but this place is just bad. Also I didn't just go once, this is my opinion after several visits.

I went here to get something quick for my wife, son and I. I had to tell the clerk in the drive through at least ten times that I wanted the Honest Kids Organic Juice drink with the kids meal. After he was unable to comprehend my order he asked for me to pull around. When I pulled up to the front I was handed a chocolate milk immediately without being asked for my son, I told him I ordered the Honest Kids Organic Juice, not a chocolate milk. It was made right immediately. The problem started when "Cody" whom was my clerk began tell his co workers about me ordering a chocolate milk and then changing my mind right in front of me. I immediately spoke with the manager about his behavior and returned my order and had my money refunded. While I was speaking with the manager, "Cody" sarcastically asked in the background, again loud enough that I could hear, "I don't know what his problem is". I was appalled at the attitude that I was treated with and disrespect. I will not be returning. Though I returned my order I do not feel like the issue as resolved by the manager. This was a disgusting display of 'customer service'. Just a side note I was born and raised in Florida and have no accent of any kind. There was no reason my order was not able to be understood, let alone should a customer ever be treated in this manner.

Jam packed like an Atlanta Airport but staff is well trained and courteous. I always get grilled nuggets with sweet tea and the meal is always consistently delicious. One Senior Citizen who works there and works the Dining room is always quick to offer you a refill on your beverage and fetch it for you. Kudos to this staff and management who give 120 percent .
