Outstanding article but there is this view of present global trade as some unstoppable, natural force with its own sacred laws.  Much like the "invisible hand" of the market, it must exploit labor and environment for the good of all (yes, it's just that crazy).  Baloney of course, its just a set of policies/rules put forth by powerful men, mostly bankers, lawyers and capitalists.  There is no reason that rules to force a living wage or respect the environment cannot be included in trade deals.  It might even lead to more domestic markets and real prosperity gains for developing/mercantilist nations.

For those interested in the ProCase which does not include keyboard, I got mine today. The product appears to be quality with a snug fit and access to all buttons, speakers, plugs, cameras, lightstrip, etc. The Pixel C awakes on opening. I have a Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard which paired easily with the Pixel C. The case price is $16.

Sometimes you find a blogger that captures the political landscape in perfect clarity.
The destructive politics and policies of global turbo-capitalism are coming home to roost. The spirit of Tahrir Square and the worldwide Occupy movement has been captured in the rise of the Syriza and Podemos parties, and m...

Straight from the ALEC playbook.  It's ironic that a politician named Koch sponsored it.  Look for these retrograde actions to pop up in other GOP controlled states.

More stinging commentary from Karen Garcia re the Democratic debate.  Always on point and never boring.
The rich are different than you and me. Their money has done a number on their basic cognitive functions. You and I went to bed last night thinking that Bernie Sanders had clocked Hillary Clinton but good in their latest c...

You too can join the oligarchs in splendid isolation, squandering water in the desert, depleting the aquifer, safe from the crime & filth of the "takers".  Venture forth in your Mercedes to view the less fortunate serving your food, mowing your lawns and cleaning your streets.  Welcome to the the land of inequality.

Enjoy the security and serenity of living in an Ocotillo, AZ, gated community, with special privileges at a first-class golf resort and 165 acres of lakes and other water features.

People lucky enough to live in Ocotillo gated communities homes enjoy the prestige of being part of an exclusive community, the beauty of 165 acres of lakes, the recreational opportunities at the Ocotillo Golf Resort, and the convenience of being near high-tech employers and major shopping centers.

An oasis in the desert

Ocotillo residents have the best of all worlds. They can spend an evening enjoying the cultural attractions of downtown Phoenix, then return to the serenity and security of their Ocotillo gated communities homes. They can take a hike in the breathtaking desert parkland, then come home and enjoy the refreshing sight of a sparkling blue lake. Let me show you the best Ocotillo AZ homes for sale so that you too can enjoy this wonderful community.

The abundant water in Ocotillo gives the community its special character. The lakes are not only beautiful and soothing to look at; but they also support an abundance of fish and birds. The water, used for irrigation, enables the amazing lush green landscape of Ocotillo to thrive. You may not believe you are in Arizona when you see the rolling lawns, the stately trees, and the winding streams.

Among the most desirable Ocotillo AZ homes for sale are the waterfront properties. I would be glad to show you Ocotillo homes for sale in Chandler that have lake or golf course views.

The hanging pots are looking good.  The O-D EM5 w/ 60mm macro lens.  The reds seems to overwhelm the camera losing detail.  Any thoughts out there?

In July Eddie Merlot hosted our 50th wedding anniversary bash (Columbus, OH). It was in the Merlot room with full appetizers, wine & meal. We had eaten there many times and knew the food/ambiance was top notch but assumed the banquet offering would slip a notch as usual. We were wrong! The food was fabulous with some saying it was the best food they'd ever had. The dedicated staff were outstanding and very helpful. Even the wine was remarkable (we think they checked our previous choices). If you want to be pampered and have a flawless dining experience, loosen that wallet and go to Eddie Merlot.

Yellowlite was very helpful working with me to plan a SSE roof design only to have it rejected by my HOA. They located an alternate design (backside WSW) that was acceptable to the HOA and proceeded to get all approvals. Installation was fast & professional, and very neat (my wife is picky). The 5.1KW system came up with zero problems and is pumping out now. The AEP rebate has been approved and should follow in a few months. All told I am very happy with the Yellowlite team and would not hesitate to recommend them.
