Just search for developers and outsource it!
How Much Does an Experienced Programmer Use Google. by ~kqr. 2015-01-27. I often hear beginners ask, "Is it okay if I use Google a lot?" while they nervously throw glances around the room. The answer couldn't be a more emphatic yes. Google is an essential part of every software developers' job.

Verizon updated my almost two year old Thunderbolt phone yesterday with ICS. Almost like getting a new phone.

I love my old-school flip phone - so old Verizon stopped pestering me for a contract and updates.  Since leaving IT it is off unless I need to make a call. Also living where there is no cell access is awesome.  Unless I get lost in the woods, I suppose.

Anyone else experience Plustration this holiday season?
Every time I was at a party and we had to take the same photo with 8 different smartphones and I knew how much easier a Google+ Event with Party Mode would make things - that's Plustration.
Every time I heard a family member say how much they missed me but didn't even have a G+ account to Hangout with me when I'm away - that's Plustration.
What kind of Plustration have you run into?

I know somebody that used to work at Saab. I also know somebody that drives one. I wonder if I'll be able to see my house?

Using Imagery taken at different angles Saab and DigitalGlobe are striving to create a 3D globe of the world. Google uses a variety of technologies to do this at specific locations such as LIDAR aircraft and previously it was 3D models built by hand. This new 3D Globe product called Vricon will be a complete 3D model of the world and not spotty around high interest locations. It will be interesting to see how other globe builders including Google innovate in response to this effort.

Saab and DigitalGlobe have announced a new joint venture called Vricon. It will be a Google Earth like product featuring 3D models similar to the 3D mesh that Google is rolling out. The key difference is that Vricon is using DigitalGlobe’s satellite imagery to create the 3D, whereas Google uses aerial imagery that must be …
