Bianca was my waitress. I have been there many time but first time she was my waitress. Extremely polite, knowledgable and very friendly. She had other tables but never failed to make sure I didn't need anything. Made my visit much nicer.

Yesterday my husband bought a Hawaiian pizza for dinner. It was the most terrible pizza i have ever eaten. Was soooo soggy and was not fresh, looks like an old cheese pizza then they put pineapple and ham and put it in the oven again. I will never order from them again.

Stopped by 2 nights ago to pick up a cheese pizza, which they pulled from the rack above the oven. I should have checked when they gave it to me, but I didn't. When I got home (10 minutes away) and opened the pizza up, it was dried out and cold.....yes, cold. Not hot, not warm, cold. I've had good pizza there before; now I can say I've had the worst pizza I've ever had there as well.

Worst pizza everrr!! They ruined pizza for me. I ordered a spinach and shrimp pizza and it was terrible. The cheese wasn't even melted and they just dumped tiny frozen shrimps on top. I can't believe I wasted $15 on that garbage. I couldn't even force myself to eat it. I don't think they should be serving that to people. It's wrong and disrespectful. I wish there was a zero star option because they don't deserve any stars. Trying to get the disgusting taste out of my mouth. I'm traumatized!

Frankly, a poorly run operation in the verge of closing. The front counter person (tall guy) absolutely has no manners. His customer service skills are terrible. (He's a monkey trying to run a business.) The assistant manager (short guy) has much better skills and knows how to run the business better than this bozo boss! He screwed up a simple order by failing to advise the kitchen staff that the order was for dine in, not take out. We waited a long time sitting at the table. In desperation, I came to the counter to find out that the "dine in" pizza was in a box sitting in a shelf waiting to be picked up. Clearly, no one paid attention that that was the pizza for the ONLY "dine in" customers who were sitting waiting in an otherwise empty restaurant. If this is how they want to run Toozy, then, Toozy will go woozy . . .

What a place. Great food and amazing hosts. We go with the kids but they make the adults feel right at home too.
