i have been training with Seth now for about 2 months or so. I have seen a tremendous change in my body just since starting up with him. Especially, in my legs, there shape has definitely changed. He has got me doing things that when I began with him i could not even do many of the activities that I now do with ease, compared to when I began. I have gotten a lot stronger, and i like how he does his training in a group setting. the group does help with motivation too. Seth knows what he is doing, and a person will see results in a short amount of time if you work hard and eat appropriately.

Seth Thurston personal trainer of TPT has trained me to be the best competitor I am today. He got me ready for my first NPC Bikini Competition with a two month prep, I placed 9 out of 30 girls. Without Seth and the TPT I don't think I would be here today getting ready for my second show weighing in at 120lbs and still dropping for show. He gives you a meal plan to help with the cutting and bulking. His motivation and dedication to the training is so inspirational that you will become the best person you can through TPT.

I have been working out with Seth Thurston for 8 months. When I started my knees were not allowing me to go upstairs very easily. I now have no trouble with stairs and have done many 3 or 4 hour hikes up & down mountain trails, as well as, 10 mile bicycle ride up & down hills. I have gone from 2.5 lb weights to 10 & 15 lb weights. I feel stronger every day & my progress at the gym never ceases to amaze me! All of this may seem standard but I feel revitalized because 15 months ago I had my hip replaced, I have severe arthritis in both my knees and I am 69 years old. I feel so much more capable these days thanks to Seth. Also 2 of my daughters are training with Seth. We all highly endorse him. Patricia Phillips

Seth is very good at helping you reach your personal goals. He doesn't let you quit when your mind tells you to. This focus has helped me lose 20 pounds and counting. Do to my schedule, I don't get to come in as often as I like but I still have the attitude of getting healthier thanks to Seth. If you're in need of a trainer or the motivation to work out harder, TPT is the place to go.

Came here with my girlfriend who is an NPC competitor. Tried it out for two nights and fell in love with the training. Not only is it helping me bulk up, Seth Thurston helps motivate me to push heavier and build stronger. I am so glad that TPT has helped me reach my goals. I would recommend this place to anyone, great prices, amazing people. Its like a big family/team under one roof. My experience with Seth Thurston at Thurston Personal Fitness has been amazing. Being a moderate exerciser, I needed to step up my game. Seth has introduced the proper use of fitness equipment and nutrition. My training has been both individual and in group sessions. I have learned proper posture in using the fitness equipment and Seth keeps me on task as my regime changes and pushes me to excellence. I am seeing results quickly and I feel amazing.
