Trader Joe's is a neighborhood grocery store with amazing food and drink from around the globe and around the corner. Great quality at great prices. That's what we call value.

It is April 2014 and they still sell beer that has an expiration day of December 3rd 2013! Unbelievable! When I returned that six pack not even "sorry, mia culpa" - seems like business as usual. If you shop there - make sure you check the expiration day on stuff you consider buying.

Good place for the basics and ready meals. Most things are organic, natural or minimally processed with short ingredient lists

I drive 20 minutes to get here every week. It's the same distance to me as the one in Westfield (which is being renovated at the time of this review) but Princeton's TJ's has parking. The crew have always been cheerful and helpful. Maybe it's because I am younger than previous reviewers but the crew there hadn't changed much in the years I've been going and that would seem to me as though they were doing something right! Maybe I'm a bit different and that's why I don't have an issue with them. Anyway their stock is always fantastic when I am there and they are always just finished, or in the middle of cleaning. Although I wish there was a TJ's closer I enjoy the drive. =)

I agree with the previous poster. Can someone tell me why all of the employees are strange? Seriously, the collective common factor is each worker at this store has some kind of fake individual oddity, almost as if they are manufactured hippie clones, yet they are all mildly zombie-like. It looks like they were instructed to be this way. I like the food and prices, but I roll my eyes whenever I encounter these idiots. Oh and yea forget about cleanliness. I constantly notice the checkout workers wiping nose rubbing eyes etc. I've complained to management numerous times to no avail. Gross!
