Very, very nice tour!!! I am a local, but I did the Miami City and Boat with some friends from Seattle to show them the City, it was very nice... a little bit long because it has two different tours but it was very good taking into account the price. The only thing is that is a long wait for the coordination of different pick ups in different hotels. But my friends that have come before to Miami love it the told me that in that day they knew Miami much better than seven days here before. For me it was amazing to know many different places that I pass by every day and didn't know its history and details.

Terrible. We were kicked off the bus in miami instead of taking us back to the pickup point. The departure from bayside market was way delayed. The "tour guide" had very slurred speech so we could barely understand him. He sounded drunk. The everglades tour was $55 when you could just drive 15 minutes to gator park where there is plenty of parking and do the same stuff for $20. All anyone is worried about is telling you to make sure to tip them. Then upon leaving the bus driver/"tour guide" doesnt go by and drop us off at bayside market. HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE HIS PASSENGERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DROPPED OFF AND IT WAS PRINTED OUT ON A PAPER!!! the guy realizes that he didnt drop us off and gets mad at us and starts arguing with us and tells us he isnt taking us back to our vehicle. WTH!!! We had to get off and take a taxi. Called the main office for help (a ride, a refund or anything) and they argue also saying we are in the wrong and tough luck.... so much for customer service TERRIBLE!!!!

GreatTour !!!. The Concierge at The Sheraton 4 Points recommended Safari Tours. NIce bus and great tour guide who knew a lot about the Everglades. Really interesting and fun airboat ride and aligator show. After the tour, the tour guide was kind enough to take us to Aventura mall (for free) and took the time to explaine our way back to the hotel. Nice Guy!! (can't remember his name). Overall nice and cordial staff for a great everglades day.

Great deal, great tour! We did the city tour and everglades. Although there was a miscommunication on where to pick us up. It turned out to be an enjoyable experience. The guide for the city tour was great and very detailed. He even gave us tips on where to buy cheap cigars and cheap food.

The combo Miami city and Boat tour was just great! the driver does his job great and provides us with interesting comments on each spot - drives quite fast though. A/C can be turned on or off according to the crowd. The Boat tour was OK - nice boat and the landscape is just breathtaking... don't personnaly enjoy the millionnaires' mansions part but its still worth doing it and especially for the price $39 the package hard to beat!
