I loved this place... I have been here 3+ years. loved it when it was B fit, a place I was proud of... Now that Trufit took over I have to say I'm disappointed. Pros:The staff overall is friendly, It's still not too busy, for the price it's the nicest gym. Cons: Less personal (definitely not a local gym anymore), equipment is often broken and no urgency to be fixed (my biggest complaint), they use to have towels throughout the gym, now they keep them behind the counter as if to imply that members can't be trusted in taking towels, the smoothie bar is gone and an eyesore (replaced by pre-packaged supplements and energy drinks), mold in the guys shower, steam room doesn't offer eucalyptus spray anymore and smells disgusting (when it's working properly), all the little perks we use to get as members are replaced with cold dismissive managers.

This is a great gym! The staff is friendly, knows your name and really makes working out a great experience. The locker rooms are beautiful and very clean! The trainers are helpful and willing to answer questions even if you are not a training client. Worth every penny.

Pro: the equipment and dedication for their weights for upkeep, children mountainside fitness. Con: staff is friendly yet hardly helpful, the trainers are not very friendly, the crowd is light simply cause of the cost of a membership; its ridiculously: there is no leeway for even a working single parent with children. I would give a fair on the score but there is only poor or good. I chose the lesser of 2 evils in this case.

The facilities are really nice. The management is beyond incompetent. My wife and I joined the club early to mid 2011. The day care facility was the deciding factor in picking this gym over other ones. At this point, our twins were mobile and where little explorators. The troubles and my beef with the gym started soon aftewards... The day care staff decided that our kids were troublesome. The kids were getting in trouble for things like going to the back room when the door was opened. The day care staff kept picking minor fights with our kids and my wife. The final straw came in after a day care provider came into the class my wife was taking to pull her out because of a minor incident with my kids. My wife and I decided to stop attending the club and to simply ride out the remainder of the contract. We did sign a contract after all. I went in to cancel the membership in September of 2013, well after the end of the contract. It was a pretty cordial conversation even though I explained why we hadn't attended in a long time and why I was cancelling said membership. I received a receipt for cancelling the membership. I thought it was done and taken care of. I did notice a charge on my credit card a few weeks afterwards, but assumed it was just due to processing delay. I was annoyed, but didn't pursue anything. I looked again at the credit card statement to find another charge from this gym. This angered me. A phone call resolved it (not without angering me further by asking me to hold and calling me by my last name repeatedly). I am just appalled by the incompetence of the management. Stay away, the current management is well on it's way to re-earn the bad reputation that the original management had.

They may not have the best hours but they have the best customer service. Everyone is always so friendly, and also it is not oober busy!!! It is not crowded, they have newer machines with TV's and their classes rock. Why pay sooooo much for Lifetime when you have this place? Love it

Overall this is a solid gym. They have more unique training equipment than most, which was the prevailing reason I joined. However there is a drawback, sometimes during the school year they randomly begin training sessions for high schoolers that last three hours, on a Tuesday or Thursday from 430-730 These kids are almost never here otherwise. But they lock down an take away an entire section of the gym and normal paying customers are not allowed to use that section of the gym during this time. That really was a large aggravation to me. If the price wasn't as good as it was I would have ended my membership immediately the first time it happened. If you pay to use a gym. Then you should get the full use of that gym without ( for lack of a better term ) blackout dates.
