Awful. The restaurant was dirty and had flies flying around, which I was willing to ignore since I was getting my food to go and since there a lot of kids on a Friday evening. I get home to eat my sesame chicken wok and the rice is VERY undercooked. It was almost like eating cereal. The chicken was fine but I was sitting there with half a tray of undercooked rice that I was seriously considering throwing in a pot to make it more edible. How do you screw that up? I'm never going back to find out.

Love it from wonton soup with tiny wontons, crunchy black sesame seeds on the sushi, and good wine. Elegant too.

I have been to this location twice and both times my experience was horrible. I went at lunch time and this location (along with the whole mall) is a very busy. Both times I went they only had one cashier helping customers and the line was very long. Most of the tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned, but the employees couldn’t keep up. Not only that but the same employee cleaning tables also has to bring the food to customers, so neither of those things were happening very fast. I sent a complaint to their customer service about the situation and they were generous enough to send me gift cards for my next visit. I went again at lunch time a month and a half later and unfortunately the experience was even worse the second time. Again, only one register helping customers and there was a long line of people also waiting for take out and pick up orders. Everyone was frustrated and people waiting were just leaving their food unpaid for because they had to wait so long. It was obvious there was no organization and both times there was no management in sight anywhere. I ended up leaving the business because the one cashier kept leaving and not saying anything and left everyone just standing there. At this point I dont even want to use the gift cards they gave me. They basically paid me to eat there and I couldn’t even make it to the cash register without giving up. Hopefully they change their service around, but at this point I can’t imagine ever going back.

Enjoy going to Pei Wei, a good place to get a quick bite to eat. May not be as nice as PF Chang's, but the prices are more fair and service is what you expect.

Had Pad Thai and thought it was the most disgusting Pad Thai I've ever had. I am not a picky eater, but after choking down half of it I just had to throw the rest away. A brief stomach ache followed by a trip to the bathroom and I was all better, but I definitely will not go there again

I have no idea what is up with all these 1 star reviews. My husband and I love Pei Wei. We've been at least half a dozen times if not more, and everything is delicious. I've tried several dishes and while some have been tastier than others, I have never been disappointed. I also love their crab won tons and sauce.

This is my 4th time eating at the Pei Wei here in Jacksonville (Towns center) and the food is just terrible. Today I had the dan dan shrimp, the noodles were all sticky and over cooked, the brown sauce had absolutely no flavoring besides salt. I think the problem with this Pei Wei is that they only have kids (teenagers) working in the store. The Pei wei that is located in Fort Lauderdale is much better, cleaner and professional. The Jacksonville location is dirty; the floors are slippery it is an accident waiting to happen.

3/5 stars. The food was good, the service was kind, and my husband and I were pleased with the gluten free menu. We went on our anniversary for lunch and tried the gluten free. First experience, and I won't ever go back. Our 'gluten free' food was not gluten free and both my husband and I got sick. It put a damper on the entire occasion. If you don't have food allergies the place is ok, just a spot to grab lunch where you'll have some leftovers... but if you're gluten sensitive, allergic, or celiac then don't bother... Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
