I recently sent an inquiry about the trade in value of my car to speed sports and Cliff "helped" me out. He asked how much i was HOPING to get for my car in his first email... I told him... this was his response: "Hi Chase, First off thank you for the laugh ive had a stressed out morning and needed that. Now down to business, i'm getting my numbers from kelly blue book, and according to them you want the absolute max on your car, but when it comes to the jeep you basically want it for free. I think we are very far apart on numbers, so if you are willing to work on that part I will be here ready to make a deal! " totally rude! especially considering the BLUE BOOK on his jeep is the absolute most he can ask for it as well... Dealers can either go by Blue book or by what they can sell a car for... i dont advise doing both.

Very Impressed! I came in this morning with a screw in my tire. The crew pulled my car it, treated it with respect and care (i know i was watching) and patched the tire. Best of all, they did it all for free. A morning that could have easily ruined my whole day was instead sort of awesome. Thank you guys!
