The food is definitely authentic. I'm not a huge fan of the Mexican genre to begin with, so my experience here isn't quite as strong as some other reviewers. The restaurant had a good feel to it, definitely felt like a Mexican restaurant should feel. The waitress was awesome. My reason for the low mark was because the restaurant at its core is not prepared to handle bill splitting, complex math, or even any type of automation in their process. I went out with a group of people for a birthday (we were all planning to pay separately), and it took them 25 minutes just to figure out who got what, how much they owed (had to manually calculate tax), and which card belonged to whom. Again, the waitress(es) did an awesome job given their limited resources. Great place to go on a couples, or even double date. Just avoid complex math situations with them.

Contrary to much of the reviews before me, I've never had a problem. Their menu is one of the most unique in the city, they have an awesome environment (both in the bar area and in the back of the restaurant), and I haven't run into any unexpected service issues. Let's be serious, if there's 40 people sitting around you, there might be a couple-minute wait.

Definitely expensive. Haven't been able to shop there in awhile because of financial reasons. When I can, the food is great, my energy levels are genuinely higher, and the service is on par with the best of grocery stores. Price is really the only drawback.

Love to eat here when I can. I've found that it's best to target rush times to eat here, otherwise the food often sits out on the warmers. I.E. Went in at 2 and the pizza was... eh. Other than that small critique, I love it. Fantastic service. Oh, and their prices are unbeatable. Anywhere.

The folks that work there are as personable as it gets with a Subway. Food is prepared well (again as far as Subway goes). They're above average for a Subway.
