(Recipe of the Week) Mother's Day is just around the corner, and if you've got a mom who would love a whole-food, mouth-watering dessert on her special day, give today's recipe a try! This baked banana with cinnamon and almond butter can be made in the oven, over a campfire, or even on a grill! The wholesome goodness of this yummy treat will hit the spot!

Baked Almond Butter Bananas

(recipe source - http://bit.ly/2q07ojz)

Ingredients:

1 Whole banana
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Using a butter knife, cut about ½” deep down the length of your banana.
With the back of a spoon, widen the cut to make room for the almond butter.
Spoon the almond butter throughout the opening in the banana.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Wrap completely in aluminum foil.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes (or until it’s cool enough to handle).
Unwrap and either eat directly from the foil or move to a plate.
Enjoy!

After 3 months of twice-weekly sessions, along with a reasonably healthy diet, I can clearly see the emergence of my previous youthful-looking body...something I truly never expected to see again! It really works! I highly recommend The Exercise Coach."
