Hi, Marina! I wanted to let you all know that my teeth feel GREAT today. No ibuprofen needed or anything. There are only the very few twinges on the tooth under the crown, and I am thrilled. Please thank Dr. Kyatam for me and also my sweet dental assistant who was always looking out for my pain level. (I cannot remember her name, which kills me, because we've talked so much!) The hygienist was also great. And, of course, you are the kind and warm face at the front who makes everyone feel well taken care of and at ease. Thank you all so much!

I had a horrible tooth ache that kept me up the entire night. I called several dentists and they were already gone for the Thanksgiving holiday. This was on Tuesday (two days before). I finally got hold of Dr. Kyatam's office. She was able to squeeze me in for my emergency and took the time to do a root canal amidst her already busy schedule. It's a nice office, comfy chairs, flat screen tv's at every chair to keep you occupied. The doctor was very patient and maticulous. After all was said and done, I was almost pain free. The next day, I didn't even need pain killers. The admin assistant up front was also on the ball with my insurance and was able to give me all my options. The dentist was there when I really needed help with my agonizing tooth. I will be going back!

Not the best experience I have had at the dentist. After my xrays and cleaning, I had to return for a simple cavity to fill which meant that I had to go back. So two trips instead of one even though I was already there. I understand that their office could have been busy but it wasn't. I think that because I didn't spend the $1100 that they quoted for work I thought was unnecessary, they decided not to focus on me. Rather, I spent the $184 for the cavity to be filled. My wife, on the other hand, accepted their quote for $1200 of work for her and they did all the work right then. To me this is a double standard. The doctor needs to be much more responsive to the patient. I called with a serious concern, that I had a fever and terrible sore throat after my cavity was filled. I requested some antibiotics and was placed on hold. The doctor never came to the phone nor did she call me. She simply told the receptionist to tell me to go to my primary care physician. To me, that is not how a doctor should treat their patients.
