Been living here for going on 3 years now and I pretty much like it here. Yes there is dog poop, yes some trash is seen here and there, but we do live in a college town... it isn't going to be the ritz. Only complaint I have is with the work orders I request. They either do not come to fix the issue or they halfway fix my issue. Overall, I'd recommend living at Logan Square.

I didn't listen to the reviews before I moved in. I thought it was too late. I had already signed the lease and everything. So if you read this BEFORE you sign a lease take it from me and STAY AWAY. At this very moment I am trying to study for a big test coming up and I feel like I'm in the middle of a zoo. You can hear everything that is going on in the building including couples arguing (every single night if you have my neighbors), people running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, and even the neighbor's bathroom visits. The internet is worthless, and it seems to know when you have an assignment to turn in online and decides to quit on you right when you need it most. There have been many occasions that I have had to use my phone's tethering capabilities just to get my homework done. Also, the whole place is nasty. A couple of weeks after move-in, I walked down the stairs to find a puddle of vomit splattered across the bottom step. Just a week ago, I came home to find another puddle right beside it. They're both still there. Just to tell you a little more about the sanitation issues around here, the same day I came home to the second vomit splatter, I also found a lovely pile of dog poop UNDER my door mat. And speaking of dog poop, it's EVERYWHERE! So watch your step. Overall, Logan Square is noisy, dirty, and completely not worth the money you pay to stay here. I don't think I have to tell you that I definitely won't be renewing my lease at the end of the year.

I rented one of the new apartments for the year. While the location is nice and the staff is friendly, the building is cheaply built and not worth what you're paying for. For one, the main HVAC unit is too weak and can't cool the entire building. So if you've got the AC on and someone above you wants to turn it on too, well, the unit higher up gets priority and your AC gets shut off. You'll be without AC until you call maintenance. I see those guys about three times a week so they can re-start my AC. I feel sorry for these guys, because they are constantly running around having to fix and cover for the owners, who used cheap materials on these buildings. Also, you get free internet and cable, but you're better off paying for a better package on your own. The internet is too slow to watch movies online, and channels and sporting events (Braves games on SportsSouth) are constantly blacked out on TV. There are better apartment complexes in Auburn for as much or less than what you're paying for here.

Awful. Lived here in 2014. Everywhere there is trash and dog poop. Maintenance is no where to be found. We didn't have pipes to the drain on our sink when we moved in and it took them 3 weeks to get out here, only to order a part and not come back for another 3 weeks. Staff is awful as well. It's impossible to get information on anything. Plus it's not even that close to campus

maintenance leaves something to be desired but otherwise is a good place to live!

The location is perfect. I live in a one bedroom, maybe 500sq ft. Parking is horrible, it's cheaply built. In the winter I have cold air blowing through the front door and sliding door. You can hear every outside noise possible. Hear people having conversations as they are walking past. I live near the basketball court, all I hear us the ball bouncing all the time. I'm paying 662 now. And they want me to pay 720 if I were to release. This place isn't even worth 600. Ithe closet is so small. 2 feet by 3feet if that. I would not recommend this place for 720 per month. There are more places for are brand new cheaper than this price. Not recommended!!!

For $515 (what I pay in a 2bed/3bath) it is CERTAINLY not worth it. It has nice hard hardwood floors and nice appliances...but that's where the nice things end. The bedrooms are decent sized but very awkwardly shaped leaving very little room to arrange your furniture. The closets are super small too. My closet measures about 3 feet wide, hence about 30% of my clothes fit in it and the rest are in the closet in the living room. The walls are really thin, so you'll hear your neighbors and traffic all the time. This place just needs a HUGE overhaul and some new staff. There are only two (TWO!!) maintenance guys who work for all like 400 residents here, so if you need something fixed short of your toilet uncontrollable overflowing (true story for my apartment), you might as well invest in a toolbox and google a remedy, cause they won't get to you in any timely fashion. When they do come, or you do see them, they're really friendly and super helpful guys, it's just hard to track them down. Overall...I don't recommend this place unless you have low standards, are a super heavy sleeper, and have no other options.
