Staff: The management can be best described as apathetic. While helpful at times, more often than not the employees exhibit and air of condescension and worthlessness irrespective of the facility of their jobs. Maintenance is also poor and almost always has to be called back multiple times to fix a simple problem. Not to mention they have almost always barged into my apartment without knocking. Units: Having seen many different units within the complex, I can say that there are in fact good, clean ones and in my case, terrible ones. My unit is old and coated in the grime and dirt of who knows how many prior tenants. It is plain to see that these units were built very cheaply with little thought in mind. Older units are riddled with shoddy repairs, awful paint jobs and overall poor upkeep in general. Because of a scheduling conflict, I was forced to move in to my unit before they could perform repairs and cleaning, although I’m not sure how much good this would have done. The carpet in my bedroom stinks of dog urine and management has refused to take any form of action. Finally, I can hear everything that happens in my neighbors units ranging from screaming fights to fornication. The kitchen appliances are aright but the washer dryer is too small to handle many articles. Internet: The only internet service available is provided by the complex via WiFi and is worthless even on a good day. There is little bandwidth, disconnection problems and an impossibility to have any form of personal networking. You can completely forget about ever easily using a device like an apple tv. The ISP is Charter I believe. Grounds: The grounds are generally pretty well kept; however, the place is often a mine field of dog poop. This may really be a comment on tenants more than the complex, but I often find the same piles of poop generally linger for many days. Location: The location is pretty convenient to campus, about a 10-15 minute walk depending on where on campus you’re heading. It’s also not a bad walk to downtown (about a mile), but West Glenn is narrow and has no sidewalk making it treacherous at times. Conclusion: Cheap is probably the best way to describe everything except the rent at this place. I would HIGHLY encourage you to look elsewhere. Hardly deserves even 1 star.

I didn't listen to the reviews before I moved in. I thought it was too late. I had already signed the lease and everything. So if you read this BEFORE you sign a lease take it from me and STAY AWAY. At this very moment I am trying to study for a big test coming up and I feel like I'm in the middle of a zoo. You can hear everything that is going on in the building including couples arguing (every single night if you have my neighbors), people running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, and even the neighbor's bathroom visits. The internet is worthless, and it seems to know when you have an assignment to turn in online and decides to quit on you right when you need it most. There have been many occasions that I have had to use my phone's tethering capabilities just to get my homework done. Also, the whole place is nasty. A couple of weeks after move-in, I walked down the stairs to find a puddle of vomit splattered across the bottom step. Just a week ago, I came home to find another puddle right beside it. They're both still there. Just to tell you a little more about the sanitation issues around here, the same day I came home to the second vomit splatter, I also found a lovely pile of dog poop UNDER my door mat. And speaking of dog poop, it's EVERYWHERE! So watch your step. Overall, Logan Square is noisy, dirty, and completely not worth the money you pay to stay here. I don't think I have to tell you that I definitely won't be renewing my lease at the end of the year.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The people in the office lack organization, common sense, and communication. In January my roommates and I were told they had someone to take over our lease in May. Today I went in there and they now say they have no idea and to check back in a month. A month is when we are moving out... I have never been more disgusted by a group of people who are supposed to be in charge of an apartment complex. Maintence here is also a nightmare. Moving into our apartment we had NUMEROUS issues with our appliances and bathrooms. Then we developed mold on our wall because our HVAC was freezing and then leaking and then not working. They took 3 weeks to finally get it fixed. Needless to say I have never been more horrified by the people here. I WILL NEVER refer anyone to stay here.

Awful. Lived here in 2014. Everywhere there is trash and dog poop. Maintenance is no where to be found. We didn't have pipes to the drain on our sink when we moved in and it took them 3 weeks to get out here, only to order a part and not come back for another 3 weeks. Staff is awful as well. It's impossible to get information on anything. Plus it's not even that close to campus

maintenance leaves something to be desired but otherwise is a good place to live!

The location is perfect. I live in a one bedroom, maybe 500sq ft. Parking is horrible, it's cheaply built. In the winter I have cold air blowing through the front door and sliding door. You can hear every outside noise possible. Hear people having conversations as they are walking past. I live near the basketball court, all I hear us the ball bouncing all the time. I'm paying 662 now. And they want me to pay 720 if I were to release. This place isn't even worth 600. Ithe closet is so small. 2 feet by 3feet if that. I would not recommend this place for 720 per month. There are more places for are brand new cheaper than this price. Not recommended!!!

I rented one of the new apartments for the year. While the location is nice and the staff is friendly, the building is cheaply built and not worth what you're paying for. For one, the main HVAC unit is too weak and can't cool the entire building. So if you've got the AC on and someone above you wants to turn it on too, well, the unit higher up gets priority and your AC gets shut off. You'll be without AC until you call maintenance. I see those guys about three times a week so they can re-start my AC. I feel sorry for these guys, because they are constantly running around having to fix and cover for the owners, who used cheap materials on these buildings. Also, you get free internet and cable, but you're better off paying for a better package on your own. The internet is too slow to watch movies online, and channels and sporting events (Braves games on SportsSouth) are constantly blacked out on TV. There are better apartment complexes in Auburn for as much or less than what you're paying for here.
