At this very moment I'm eating Taiwan Noodles, with Sriracha sauce added on. That dish would make a nice addition I think.
That's a Chinese fine dining kind of dish. Absolutely wonderful to wash it down with a rice wine.
I guess so if you're local. Not really mine. To me the liquor tastes like distilled old sneakers.
