Thanks for giving our beers a try Emily. Stop on into our tasting room next time we'd love to chat beer with you! Also don't forget our award winning Pre-Prohibition Lager. Cheers!

Absolutely! I've been there a couple times and it's always a fun and delicious night! And I was sad that the place I went to didn't have your Pre-Prohibition Lager for sale as a single. It's one of my favorites!

This is not your everyday, average old 7K. This is a twisting, turning, rugged trail of challenges that will have you bragging to your friends for weeks to come. The course utilizes the natural terrain of Mahoney State Park. This rugged trail run has rocks, tons of dirt, gravel, hills, and wildlife. Be sure to leave your pretty racing flats behind, and come for the challenge of having some dirty fun!

People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and athletic ability have successfully completed this run. You can too! We work hard to make the trail both fun and challenging.

MILE 2 IS THE LUCKY BUCKET BEER BREAK

This is a hardcore trail run, and sometimes we need fuel to make it to the end. That why we have the Lucky Bucket Beer Break at Mile 2. Enjoy some frosty beer or ice cold water to give you the motivational reminder that once you past that finish line, you are ready for the Lucky Bucket After Party!

WHAT'S BETTER THAN A KILLER TRAIL RUN? THE PARTY AFTERWARDS!

After defeating the race course, reward yourself with some frosty beers and awesome music at the Lucky Bucket After Party. We are bringing the brewery to Mahoney State Park. Our After Party will be stocked with two beer trucks full of kegs and 20 tap handles to eliminate long waits for beer. Enjoy our Pre-Prohibition Style Lager, Heartland Wheat, IPA, Certified Evil, and our Summer Seasonal on tap. Two drink tickets comes included, but bring extra cash to purchase additional beer and food from our vendor. There will be a live DJ blasting music to keep the good times rolling into the late hours of the night. There will be lawn games to available to play and plenty of space to have fun! Non-racers can join in on this great party for $5. We will have awards for the top 3 overall male and female participants. There will also be prizes for the most ridiculous costumes.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

It wouldn't be an awesome trail run unless we gave you some great gear to show off. The following schwag is included with each Lucky Bucket 7k Trail Run:

*Race Entry
*North Face FlashDry Race T-Shirt
*Admission to the Lucky Bucket After Party
*Two (2) Drink Tickets to be used at the Lucky Bucket After Party
*Chip Timed Race
*Voucher for Free Brewery Tour and Tasting of Lucky Bucket Brewing Co.
*Includes $1.90 for parking at Mahoney State Park

Additional beer tickets can be purchased for $3 during the registration process...or $4 on race day. Food will be available for purchase at the Lucky Bucket After Party.

For way more info and to get registered checkout our website at www.thebucketrun.com

Space is limited to the first 2000 runners so don't wait because this run will sellout!

In the days before kegs & bottles were available, the only way to get beer was to take a bucket to the local brewery, fill it up & lug it back home. We admire the work it took to get a beer. Our name pays homage to our beginnings the original Lucky Bucket.

Lucky Bucket is a distinctive new brewery that's as big on taste as it is in range. From exceptional renderings of classic styles to big barrel-aged ales, Lucky Bucket is quickly becoming known for real beers that just about any beer drinker can enjoy.

Tour the brewery Wednesday - Friday at 5:30pm or Saturday at 12, 1, and 2pm.

The Wheat Beer is my favorite-and the others were FINE! We took the tour and got our free sample and Growler. It was an enjoyable time, interesting and very informative! We loved our Tour Guide! She was very knowledgable and kept us on our toes! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The Brewery is rustic and unique with an atmosphere of quaint charm. I developed an appreciation for the artistic, beautiful copper stills, in the front room.

I went here on a Saturday and was shocked at how busy it was. It was shoulder to shoulder during the tours. Its in a large warehouse so the atmosphere is only so-so, but they appear to do the best they can with what they have. They have limited beers on tap but what they do have is pretty tasty. They also make their own whiskey, vodka, and rum which is pretty neat.

Open wednesday to friday 4pm to 9pm and saturdays 11to 4pm. Bartender was extremely friendly and knowledgable. 5 to 6 beers on tap... the wheat rocks and the evil (imperial porter) is strong and tasty. They also distill whiskey and vodka (never tasted a smoother vodka).

Great tour - great beer...can't beat it! Lucky Bucket will be the best thing to come out of Omaha since 311! You pay $3, get a glass of their Lager to drink throughout the tour, and then get samples of their other beers. We got to try Octoberfest, IPA, and Certified Evil - and even got to sample their Joss vodka. Had a great time!

I was staying at a hotel nearby and couldn't miss my opportunity to visit Lucky Bucket's Tasting Room and brewery tour. I made a new friend there... After talking for bit we discovered both our daughters know each other. We are both beer buds on Untappd now. The staff were super friendly even though it was very busy when I arrived. Came home with a growler of Raven. Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in Omaha.

Response from the owner - 9 months ago
Tim, Our apologies for making you wait. Our manager spoke with me and said she had every intention of taking care of your growler immediately, but was on the phone with Cox as our system had gone down that afternoon, by the time it had been resolved and the drawer was ready for transactions you had just left. Our sincerest apologies, we do hope you come back again.

If you have not heard the story of Lucky Bucket Brewing Co. in person you will have to make a point of stopping out to the brewery and take in a tour. In November, my family was in town and we made a point of stopping in and visiting with Zach. The process and equipment is impressive and the beer has a top-notch taste! We received a glassful for our tour and bought some bottles on our way out. If you are a craft beer connoisseur you will definitely enjoy the quality taste.

This is an awesome tour. Came here with a bunch of friends and really enjoyed the tour. They are constantly expanding their operation and are coming out with even more products. I would highly recommend supporting this local brewery.
