UAE Decor: I booked a hotel in Vienna on your website and searched for hotels allows smoking and even I mentioned this in my request, over one month, I contacted the property through your app and they said smoking not allowed so why the accept my booking and take the money? I will never use your service again and I will talk to my friends and family, additional to that it was showing free cancellation of the booking but Immediately after I booked they deducted the money and if I want to cancel they will take the full amount? Is that acceptable as per your standard this is cheap cheating
