The Birth Story of Natalie Grace
Obviously, this is a touch late. I worked on this just a couple weeks after the birth of our third daughter, Natalie Grace, but life got me so I never finished it. But here it is. I hope you enjoy! It's 4:30 a.m. and our alarm is going off. It's time to get...

A Day in My Life-2015
Here's but a glimpse into our lives. While everyday is different there are definitely moments that are similar. Somedays it feels mundane but I remember I'm raising little people for the Lord and there's not a bigger reward than that. (Nyla is 4.5 years old...

10 Days and Counting

Menu Plan Monday: May 19-25
Happy Sunday to y'all! We spent the morning at our sweet church worshipping our God. The music team was rocking the house today. There was even a banjo played today. It was pretty awesome! Daniel and I just finished our leftover fajita lunches and now we're...

At Our Home: April
We've had a fairly busy April, as most months are around here. Between 2 days of KDO (thankfully, that's over next week!), zoo trips and play dates this pregnant mama is pooped! Here's a glimpse into our April. We are bookworms around here! This girls love ...
We had our big reveal for baby #3 a couple weeks ago. I did a special reveal for Nyla and Naomi and wanted baby #3 to have that too. My sister gave me the idea to buy balloons for the reveal... blue for boy or pink for girl. Daniel and I went to my OB appointment together and I bought balloons ...

At Our Home: March
The month of March at our home has proven to be rather adventurous. But, I guess, most months with two kids 3 and under are going to turn out that way! We've had a very cold winter for living in the South. Too many days where we were stuck inside for days a...
We've had a very cold winter for living in the South. Too many days where we were stuck inside for days at a time. This pregnant mama didn't take it too well toward the end of February. I was feeling nauseous and worn out from pregnancy #3 and not being able to get out and get exercise...ugh!

I cannot believe you are 5 months old! It really does go by so quickly, but especially with you since I am caring for your big sisters. Speaking of big sisters, they are in love with you and vice versa. You smile at them constantly. I think they may get more smiles than Daddy and me.

At Our Home: May
May proved to be a busy month in our homes. I guess all months are like that when you have kids! Here's what our month looked like. Muffins with Mom for Mother's Day at our church Naomi decided to open up the bean bag chair and play with the beans. Not fun!...
We treated Naomi for a fairly serious staph infection on her booty. We had to bathe her 2-3 times a day with an antibacterial soap, put a cream on her booty after that, spray everything with bleach, wash all her clothes and sheets in hot water, she was on a strong antibiotic and we had to watch ...

Getting the girls off to Kid's Day Out (KDO) 2 times a week, packing lunches, zoo trips, play dates with friends and cooking dinner each night, I'm more than happy to welcome Saturday. We love to climb into our big bed and snuggle together, even if it's only for 5 minutes.

Gratituesday: My Little Hostess
It brings my heart great joy to see Nyla feed and love on her baby dolls just as we do in our home when we invite others to join us. I'm praying I can continue to teach her the life skill of opening her home and hosting fellowships. It's such a great way to...
