What's this...what's this????  I may have to come out of the woodwork on this news -- though frankly,  have been enjoying my retirement from pointless troll- smashing on this ridiculous medium.
Senator Bernard Sanders, the independent from Vermont, plans to run for president as a Democrat, becoming the only official party challenger so far to Hillary Rodham Clinton.

No doubt...they cheated her nomination against the actual tally of voter will...the anointed Queen had been long preordained. Teddy Roosevelt said it, "Presidents are not elected, they are selected...."

Trump or Clinton...either way corporatism wins, in fact she is more predictable and ironically preferred by the usual backer$$ (banks and other big corp powers) of the GOP...increased wealth disparity and Wall street corruption abounding...tax dollars ever-wasted on perpetual wars instead of infrastructure...fossil fuels and environmental destruction despite empty lip service to the contrary...unnecessarily/artificially slowed migration to clean renewables while we despoil the planet though greed and inaction.

Congratulations kids...look at the mighty works we have wrought: we give you a poisoned, overpopulated and denuded home with dwindling resources, flora and fauna, filled to the brim instead with shitty, violent and angry people led by militant sociopaths ...a truly sick and twisted tribe of codependent, self-defeating narcissists. Enjoy!

Thanks Rosemary...it tends to unfortunately push me into ranting in my own right and that being used to undermine my substantive arguments later...I appreciate your words, in any event :)

In case anybody has noticed I have been largely absent from Senator Sanders' troll defense squad lately: I suffered a full rupture of my distal biceps tendon and had my biceps surgically reattached to my forearm via titanium anchors today.

What will follow is many months of rehab and PT to hopefully regain full use of my arm eventually....even typing is a one-handed affair for the next four to possibly as much as twelve weeks of immobilization via hard cast to the shoulder, depending on my healing progress.

We're doing great, thanks for asking. I'm just glad I was able to add kitty mirror squirm into the political lexicon. You weren't so bad yourself--meanest sumbich I've ever seen go after someone who really deserved a public flailing... I'm just glad you're on the good guys' team.

All the best for your recovery. PM me for a link to my latest work trolling right wing morons ;-)

This is old news...providing a link for a point on a Sanders' thread regaring corporate tax dodgers. Tried posting the link in a reply, and it would not display.

Ogunquit beach at high tide June 2013...no more beach!

After over 40 years of personally visiting this beach, for the first time ever this year, one can observe regular daily tide heights now exceeding levels previously only reached during the worst of winter storms.

This is a short clip of wave height occuring about one hour AFTER high tide, on a placid, average day -- waves now regularly wash into foundational structures of buildings and erode parking areas and bridge embankments at their peak heights.

The town council have apparently hired geologic and oceanographic consultants to explore the dubious prospect of trying to adjust the sea shelf to combat what looks to be an inevitable loss of shoreline and commercial properties.  A sad state of affairs for what has been frequently rated these years as one of the "top ten US beaches."
