Sorry but I have a pair of these lenses and have had them adjusted by the optician to ensure they are aligned correctly but the experience is very disappointing.  I have a very small area in the centre line of each lense that corrects my vision.  At the top of this line is for distance, middle is for mid-range and bottom is for close up reading.  I have no clear vision left or right and so have to turn my head all the time in order to position the central region at the object I need to see. For example, for close up work on my laptop at normal distance, if I focus between the letters G & H, then only 4 keys are visible in the horizontal plane and 4 rows in the vertical.  So to see the screen I have to raise my head.

Interesting location and building, food is the usual good quality that you get in most loch fyne resturants. Service was very good, friendly and efficient. Make sure you park in the Oracle car park as parking on the street is restricted.

A lovely B&B in a Victorian Family home. Owners are friendly and made me feel more than welcome. The English breakfast is just wonderful! I made use of one of the double bedrooms and it was more than comfortable for my short stay away from home.

This was not operating as a Hotel but more like a B&B when I stayed in Feb-2010. You will find it down a long single-track lane that runs along the busy A13. Reception area was unlit and no-one turned up for several minutes even after I called out. Chap was friendly enough but didnt speak much English. Rooms are at the back of the rear courtyard. My door could not be locked without a lot of effort fiddling with the key. I also bumped my head on the top of the door several times as the room was at a lower level. Main building was shut at around 8pm every night. Other than this breakfast was acceptable, staff were friendly, when you could find them, and the room, including bathroom, was clean.
