I'm very pleased to say that this week I am celebrating the anniversary of 11 years in full-time private practice as a Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner.
The Inner Changes Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and NLP practice in Manchester celebrated its 11th anniversary of full-time practice this week.

It's been a wonderful voyage of discovery so far, and I still feel that the journey is only just beginning. When I first started, one of the things that very quickly became apparent to me was that I had only just begun the real learning process. No matter how much intellectual knowledge you might have, there is no substitute for real life practical experience, which can only be gained through regular day-to-day interaction with clients; no two of whom are the same. There is no magic template or technique you can apply to every client who walks through the door. Every person is unique. Accordingly, the treatment for every client has to be unique to that person.

You can read more about the issues I deal with in my latest blog entry.
