You can see the weird slope of Graham's oddly-shaped torso. Fitting a suit must be impossible!

Walked in at 5:20 on a Friday. No wait, friendly staff, quick and competent diagnosis, conveniently dispensed drugs on-site. Total Access is about double my primary physician co-pay, but I never worry about paying more for the quality and speed of service I get. If you're in the area and need more convenient medical care than your primary, I highly recommend this location.

The main water line in our finished basement was leaking, and we couldn't get a hold of another plumber on short notice, so we called Roto-Rooter. Our plumber was clean and professional, and greeted me at the door with boot-covers (which is a gold star from me, as we go barefoot in our house). He was very kind and engaged me in small talk about family pets with a smile. He finished the work expediently, and even showed me what he was doing as he was doing it so I'd learn something. He cautioned me as to what to look for to guard against problems in the future, and answered all of my questions patiently. Great service, great plumber. Thanks, Roto-Rooter.
