Do not dine here if you have a food allergy or medical condition. I ate here tonight and asked for NO Salt on my sirloin steak, potato and anything on my plate. The potato came out covered in kosher salt. I asked the waitress, (wish I got her name but she wasn't around enough for that), since my potato had salt on it, if she could verify that my steak did not. She said I asked for no seasoning. I stated that is not a good enough answer for a heart Paient on a low sodium (no added table salt) diet. She walked away. Not even offering an apology. I went up to the hostess stand, where three very helpful friendly faces immediately got the manager. I could see the waitress frustration as our table was near the kitchen. She proceeded to tell the other staff and bus "boys" about my cardiac issue and no salt added request. The manager, young man, came over to my table after wondering why I now also sent back my steak and not just the potato. I told him it was because another staff member had asked the kitchen staff, who responded "the steak was loaded with salt". The manager stated you do realize there is "17g of salt" in the steak (which is not correct). I said I looked up the nutritional information prior to dining. And my nutritional issue is no added table salt. I asked for my food to be prepared with pepper only. He didn't apologize but stated he would have my food redone to my specifications, he would comp my meal and give me something for my next visit. I was not looking for that. I stated at this point please prepare my meal to go as it was nearing 9pm and we had our child with us. About 5-10minutes later, the rude blonde waitress, brought out my baked potato on a plate. I nicely said, thank you but I requested my meal to go. She walked away without stating anything to me. I asked her why the attitude and she continued to walk away into the kitchen. At this point, you can hear and see her talking to other staff members again about my medical condition and request. At this point, I chose to settle out the remaining bill. I went up to the hostess stand as the manager was in the kitchen and the waitress was rude and unapproachable. While asking the hostess stand group for my bill. The waitress had sent over a bus boy (child would be the better word), to listen in on my conversation. As I am requesting the bill, the bus boy, stated to me he was trained in CPR, but wouldn't use it on me tonight. I said are you kidding me?! That is not a joke because I have had my share of cardiac arrests. He did not apologize. I asked for the manager as I was in tears. The manager said I don't know what's going on tonight. I'm sorry and will comp your entire bill. I stated I was not looking for anything for free. I was looking for my meal made to my specifications and some dignity. He said he'd comp my meal. I said that really wasn't good enough. But, I walked out out. I will be contacting your corporate office. A apology should be made to me and my family. Waiving a $25-35 meal check was not worth the embarassment and the disrespect to my family. It's 2016, you cannot discriminate and disrespect your customers. Get with it Outback of Holbrook!

Outback certainly has the best ribs I've tasted in years. Full of sauce and with a side of fries had my taste buds on overload. Waiter was excellent was bothered with how long we took to order as well as giving us his opinion on whats good to order glad i went with his suggestion.

Always loved Outback, and will still go back but recommend dining in. The curbside that I ordered was not hot, and the food looked like it was just thrown about the containers. I always thought that outback was generous with sides as well but with my dinner I received about half of the normal amount of fries, and they forgot the side of honey mustard. All in all my curbside experience was not great. Would probably try it at a different location.

Good food and an atmosphere that allows kids. Overall this location has been good about service and wait time. We've only had one instance where we felt we waited longer than we should have. The food has mostly been good, but one time my wife's chicken came out still being raw in the middle (not good). Over the years, we've been here about 10 times now and will come back again.

Manager openly disciplining wait staff in front of customers and other co workers. Server forgot part of the order ,asked to have it taken care of on check and did not do so paid full price for missing sides !

As a frequent customer I've had both good and bad experiences at this Outback, but any bad ones were quickly remedied and made up for. The staff/managers really go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with everything and I really appreciate that. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes and I rarely ever get upset about it, but this place doesn't really give you a chance to because they quickly take care of anything wrong... not that it has happened a lot, but like I said I am a FREQUENT customer at the restaurant and for take out. The food is always delicious, some of the best ribs around, I love the Victoria's Filet and the appetizers are simply divine. They always let me customize my orders and they are usually spot on unlike some other places that let you specify exact things and don't actually listen... I got take out last night from them and it was great as usual, it was fast and delicious. The only bad thing I can say about this place is the prices run on the higher end, but for a steak house they really aren't unfair or absurd at all.
