Regarding the ChatRoom plugin with HipChat backend,  I am having some issues joining rooms that are "private" (Open chat rooms work well):

- When we !room join private_room_name, it can't seem to find the room, resulting in a KeyError
- If we get the "API ID" of the room (I.E. !room join 123456), the bot will successfully join the room.
- If we put the room name into CHATROOM_PRESENCE in the config.py, the bot will successfully join the room.
- After joining the room, if we !room list, we will get a KeyError on the room's name.

Is this a known issue?  I did a search on the community and git issues, didn't find anything.

I'm trying to get Errbot to send emails to the HipChat user (msg.frm), but I can't seem to be able to access the user.  I've tried accessing the following attributes from the msg.frm object, but none of these give me the email of the user:

aclattr
client
domain
fullname
nick
node
person
resource
room

I rummaged through the Git source to see if there was any way to access an email, but it doesn't seem to be there yet.   Am I missing something?  Does the framework already provide this?
