The food was overall disappointing, the cheese fries app wasn't good by any stretch such as very little cheese and over cooked bacon. My steak was also partially cooked, as in half of it was cooked and the other half was very undercooked then my poor very uncaesar salad was forgotten. All in all for the price it's not worth it so don't waste your time.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have a huge selection, plus so many healthy options. Everything is high quality, from organic local produce to grass fed beef. It's always a clean and friendly environment. Love it!!!

expensive food! Clean environment and happy workers, or at least they act happy, food appears healthy without the extra grease that you would expect at Ihop. Atmosphere is great, but menu offerings are marginal, but it's Richmond and choice is not a familiar term.

On Saturday Dec. 13th my wife and I ate at your location in the Westend of Richmond, VA. In one word – AWFUL! I’ve NEVER had a club sandwich before that I didn’t like – until then. Who cares if the bacon has Nitrates or not…THERE WASN’T ENOUGH BACON TO TELL! The amount of bacon couldn’t cover a cracker. The crab cakes (balls actually) went to the pets when we got home. The fries were like “little hard sticks”. Very sad. Earl E. Cousins Ashland, VA

This restaurant is just down the street from my house. I've had breakfast there now and then for the past three years and the food is always GREAT. Service was EXCELLENT. Don't know where the bad reviews are coming from however, some people like to complain constantly. Would recommend it most highly.

Our server was awesome. The food is fresh and tasty. There are so many options the choices were difficult. Not that I eat on a special diet such as veggian if gluten free, this diner caters very well to all.

My girlfriend and I have been going here on weekends for almost a year now. At best, I would describe Silver Diner in Innsbrook as promising, but terribly inconsistent in their quality of food and customer service. They have a lot of good food options. When the food is served right, it is excellent. But on at least 3 occasions, maybe more, the food was under-cooked and/or tasted terrible. They would typically make up for this by offering to replace the dish with a new one and giving us a card for a free meal. But this happened repeatedly, and so I question their commitment to quality. At the very least, they could try to hire some better chefs. We've had good servers in the past, but lately we've had plain awful servers. The last one we had rudely and repeatedly walked away / turned her back to us while she was taking our orders, and of course forgot what I'd ordered. Then when I got my dish, it tasted oddly like chemicals. I thought it was plastic, maybe, and my girlfriend agreed. After I reported the issue, the manager came out to refund the dish and assure me that it was not plastic, but his tone was seemingly cold and argumentative. In the past, the cheery staff more than made up for the inconsistent food quality. It's amazing what a positive attitude will do to ensure return customers. But now they clearly didn't want my business any more.
