I would not even give these people one star!!! They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They clearly did not want any business. The first time I called to schedule my car to be detailed they called me the day before to cancel and the dad excuse was "Oh my son scheduled it wrong, we can only do one Groupon a day..." OK.... so I re-scheduled it for another day with the dad and then the morning that I was going to drop my car off he calls again with the same excuse and I told him, " You told me last time the same thing and YOU scheduled it not YOUR SON!!!!" DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!!! On top of it the guy has some nerve getting angry with me!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made it clear they do not want people from Groupn... I don't understand why they signed up for Groupon!!

Took my car in to NW Autospa about two years ago and they did a great job. However it has since been bought out by an angry little man named Will and is a completely different business than when i first took my car there. Cannot believe they are still in business. I should have read the reviews on yelp and google before taking my car. The reviews prior to mine say what needs to be said about this place but since i was treated in such ill fashion I can not help but to pile on in an effort to help those who may be persuaded by their false advertising, bait and switching, condescending, lying, practices. Apparently they do not take appointments after lunch and can not give you a definite time when the car will be done. The manager is actually a nice person but beware the owner. When asked when my car would be done I was told "when its done". I asked for call to inform me when it was finished - never got a call. So I wait as long as I can, almost four pm (eight hours later) and go down there since no one apparently is capable of answering the phone and sure enough my car is not done. No apologies or explanation. Just the cold shoulder and an obviously annoyed owner who was very confrontational. A serious jerk who does not care about you, your car, or the detail itself. To top it off, the interior of my car was not done to my satisfaction in the least bit. Call me uptight but this is not how you treat your customers. Poor service in addition to rude treatment? That is too much to ignore. Had to leave a comment. One star is giving too much credit. Do I sound bitter? Perhaps. But it did not happen in a vacum. This place is the WORST!!!!!!

I had my car detailed w/ the gold package@ Auto Spa NW & when we went to pick it up, Chuck noticed some areas that needed touching up, so he asked to keep the car a little longer, which was fine as it was on a Sat. He made sure that it was awesome! I highly recommend them for detailing.

My wife and I have gone to NW Auto Spa twice in the past 4 months. The first time we arrived on time and they finished the car in the time they said they would finish it. Unfortunately, a porcelain heart that meant the world to my wife was broken by NW Auto Spa. Now it was bad that they broke the heart but it was worse that they didn't say anything when we came to pick up the car. It wasn't acknowledged that the heart was broken until after my wife asked where the heart was! No one called us or emailed us nothing. They had our email and phone, the least they could do was call and apologize, but no. That's just shows that customer service just doesn't matter to them. Then on the second visit I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30. When I arrived they told me that they were down a person and that it would take until 5 to finish my car so it would take 5 hr 30 mins to finish vs the 4 hours it took on our first visit. Heather asked if I wanted to reschedule, well it just took 30 minutes for us to get there and not call before we left from them letting us know they were a man down and they would be happy to reschedule. No, of course not, just wait until the customer shows up! So we kept the appointment the same and I asked it I could come by at 6 to pick up the car as my wife and I had dinner reservations at 6:30. Heather told me the latest they could stay was 5:30 and no later. So we arrived at 5:30 to pick up the car and was told it would only be another 5 minutes. 3 other people were waiting besides me. 30 minutes later at 6, I'm still waiting and Heather came out and said just 10 minutes more, thanks for waiting. So what was really interesting was that the 3 other people waiting all got their vehicles before me. I used a Group On, I have to wonder if that mattered?! Anyways, finally at 6:10, I got my vehicle and the windows and parts of the interior weren't even cleaned. The windows on the front and rear windshields were all smeared with a film that was very noticeable and made it difficult to see out of. Really disappointment in this establishment, won't be back.

Will is very rude. He would not honor a Groupon. I would steer clear of this establishment. They all look like gangsters and have Tattoos. I am glad that I did not get my car done here. I would have feared that they would have stolen something from my car!

Horrible! I have never taken my vehicle here and will never ever think of doing so. I used to work at this establishment for the current owner Will Stanton. First off let me say that the amount of trash talk towards the customers and the sheer lack of respect towards anyone lead me to quit this mistake of a job. Not to mention Will blatantly "misplacing" customers items that were bagged up to be put back into the vehicles after the completion of any detail work that needed to be finished(In my book and many others that's called stealing). They've currently moved to a new location in the Milwaukee area but the owner is still the same if not worse. Please take head to the reviews and take your business elsewhere.

I am very very disappointed with the owners ability to communicate effectively without getting extremely, impatient, uneasy & angry. What a horrible person to deal with! I never write reviews & felt the urge to warn other customers DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I left my car at their shop all day & it came back looking like they did not touch a thing! Why have a auto cleaning business when you hate to clean cars. The other staff I had spoke with over the phone where extremely friendly & helpful. Once I checked in later in the day the owner answered and he proceeded to get very hostile. I was very caught off guard & astonished that he was talking to me this way without any rhyme or reason. I calmly asked questions to try to figure out a solution, but all i received in reply was an UN-intelligent choice of very nasty words. I advise you all to spare yourself the stress of even dealing with this guy let alone give him your business. Pretty disgusting owner!!!

They did an ok job. Maybe it was because it was a LivingSocial deal, but when I got home and the car got a little wet, there were white swirl spots of wax still on the car. I had to take a shammy and buff it out the rest of the way. Also, there was wax on my black plastic trim so now I have to clean and black it again. It was probably worth the price for the coupon since it got clayed and paint sealant, but it would definitely not be worth the retail price since the work seemed sloppy. Again, I don't know if it was because it was already paid for with the LivingSocial deal as other customers seem to have more positive reviews, that was just my experience.
