This guy advocates recovery programs vs. prison time. So many get years in prison for what amounts to minor thefts to support their habit. The latest problem being those drinking on top of the prescription drug Xanax, then robbing convenience stores for a pack of cigarettes and a bag of potato chips - they also get years in prison on your tax money for their temporary loss of senses. A way around the Government might be getting these stores to drop the charges...

Being a documentation engineer, i'm getting into the Business of revising News Articles now and calling them NARN's - or News Article Revision Notices. Here are some details that need to be added to any story about hiring low IQ's cops:
1. True, police with low IQ's tend to stay in the job longer - that is until they retire on full pay + benefits after 20 years.
2. Name any company that hires low IQ applicant's as part of a successful Business model - besides the paramedics because those guys look equally as dumb.
3. Hiring police with low IQ's are easier to train - the side effect being now they're out in society and breeding ignorance.
I hope this helps explain why the state's are broke and we got so many morons walking around...and this might also explain why some companies continually lose value and therefore are continually sold.

I knew someone finally posted the instant my phone turned on all by itself...i guess it's an improvement over the days when my Nokia would constantly shut off all by itself for no apparent reason?? (GildedMeaning2@dictionary.com)

The 1939 World's Fair made some strange bed-fellows...it was General Motors who created the world we live in today, based on what Germany already had in motion - while Uncle Sam got stuck with having to build all the roads. (once again Edward Bernays had a hand in all this)

You can obtain a lot of secrets by reading Military books. I noticed that New York City journalists have the same bad English-grammar skills as those who write books for NYC publishing companies. This makes sense now, when you consider these publishing companies go back 100 years or more - before the big educational push in this country. The only thing i'm not sure about is if they're referring to how two-thirds of the world's population gets wiped out during World War 3? I do know when it comes time to publish my book, i'll be choosing a company from the upper mid-west...

I can always count on the Atheists and non-believers to sleep in and miss Church every sunday. You might be doing the right thing when you consider how they are all secondary in Gods eye anyhow. Just keep in mind He created Hell so you'd repent sometime between 10:45 tomorrow morning and your funeral service on September 1st 2034. Here's how to lose that negative mascot okay...

I'm totally in favor of 'equal pay for equal work' in the White-Collar world, because it's a lot easier to do the same job in an Office Environment. They already have an equal pay law on the books. What they really need is a 'unequal pay for unequal labor skills' law for the Blue-Collar world. Most companies don't have an energized leader that's capable of implementing a structured pay scale, plus spreading this kind of news story doesn't help them realize they need one either.

I'm reading this book (Goodbye, Mickey Mouse) about a squadron of World War 2 fly boys set in Europe during the time when P-47 Thunderbolt's were being replaced by the P-51 Mustang. They talked about having to 'stand-down' during a mission, but said how they would come back and get them later. This would then make it like the CIA's version of 'cloak n dagger'. Just thought I'd take a break from my busy schedule of trying to sly this girl into helping me eat a 1/4 pound of vanilla-nut fudge to post this information...
