No demaneu les cloïses, la meva parella i jo vam estar malalts tota la nit despres de sopar a la barra (fins i tot ens vam queixar a la cambrera de que estaven en mal estat despres de notar una olor i sabor estrany) i vam trigar 2 setmanes en recuperar-nos. El pitjor va ser que la cambrera semblava que ja sabia de que parlavem, potser intentaven colar-nos alguna cosa que ja tocava llençar? Trigarem un temps en tornar!

I just had an amaaaazing dinner here. It is now in my top 5 favorite restaurants in town for sure. Try any of the sharing menus, really worth it! great service as well, I will definetly repeat again :D

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS STORE!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER.. and lack of professionalism! I ordered a 70$ bouquet online from this store for my mom, on mother's day last saturday (european calendar). Our parents live in Fairport and since me and my brothers are all studying in Europe we thought ordering from the Flower Girl which is just 2min by walk away from our mom's would be the easiest. Not only the flowers did not arrived on Saturday, but when I called and spoke with the manager she treated me without any respect. First of all, when I asked to speak with the manager, the girl answered "It is only freaking 9am and we have a lot of work, so please call later" and hung up on me. When I called again later, she said they had several problems with their computer system and she couldn't see my order, so she couldn't offer any solution, even though I had already paid for the service 2 weeks before. After insisting for 10 minutes and asking her to write down my order number she suddenly said: oh! now I see it, it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago..oups! After that conversation and use of bad language, she tried to be nice and started talking about how beautiful my name was, and how bad she wanted to come to Switzerland.. I had never experienced such a bad service and lack of professionalism from any store in the US before, this lady is working as manager without any idea about how to run a flower business or treat customers.. We didn't get any discount, or any special deal, even after paying 10$ for the delivery (you can actually walk from the store to my mom's in less than 2min). The bouquet was delivered today, and although my mom was extremely happy, it is not what we paid for, terrible service, late delivery and definitely NOT what you see in their pictures. I will never recommend this flower store to any of my friends or relatives in Fairport.
