Couple the hot water output with a heat exchanger, and I would surmise that you could heat running water either more efficiently or reach greater temps, instead of having to heat each individual unit of water as it makes a single pass through the coil. (But I'm no expert)

Yes sir, correct... It would be very efficient to loop the system back into itself. Would achieve higher temperatures very fast. Thanks for comment and watching.
