Critical Performance Components (CPCs) are the building blocks of your season. As an Endurance Nation athlete, many of these are already accounted for within the context of your training plan. And each level works across a given season, such that by Year Three you will be in Level Three of your CPCs. But of course, not everyone wants to wait a few years to be better...so this section is dedicated to explaining the progression of CPCs, defining basic exceptions, and explaining how to tackle your current season goals.
