Concrete Grinding Ltd were recently involved in an interesting project that demonstrated perfectly how our laser grinding technology can be utilised other than just for grinding floors in high bay warehouses; SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) required a section of the floor in their new rail maintenance workshop (the longest in Switzerland) to meet very stringent requirements of +/- 1mm longitudinally and an exact cross-slope of 1.653%. This was required so the huge jacks used to lift up the trains can be manoeuvred and operated safely and efficiently. Concrete Grinding Ltd were easily able to provide this specification thanks to their groundbreaking Laser Grinder® XPT technology.
