Got this from Sprint today, and thought...most people don't care about 1.2 Ghz processors, do they? Tell me Facebook runs 2x faster, or GPS signal gets directions quicker, but the idea of telling me processor speeds is focusing on features not benefits - http://screencast.com/t/MrknThvZ reminder to focus on benefits in marketing, outreach, etc make the features something I'll personally care about. IMHO.
