I had my first experience here last weekend and I loved it. I went with my wife and a couple of friends before going to a concert at the Boston garden. This bar is fantastic! We did wait a little while for our food. We didn't complain but the bartender sent Dan the manager over and he bought us a round of drinks and had our food out in seconds. We had some burgers and chicken fingers and they certainly hit the spot! They give you pretty good sized portions, which is surprising considering the prices are cheap for the city. Service is great and the staff makes it a lot of fun. The bartender James was serving us and kept us laughing while we were there. We picked his brain about some fun places to visit while in Boston and he gave us some good recommendations. We will be back soon.

The place is so poorly operated and unprofessional I actually had to take the time and effort to write this review. Last Saturday Night Sept 20th at around midnight myself and 8 other friends were looking to try this place out and have a few drinks. It seemed pretty empty and figured we would have no problem getting in. As we were waiting to show our ID's I overhear one bouncer saying to another bouncer that "it's a Bachelor Party Ten Dollar Cover". Sure enough they requested a ten dollar cover from us which infuriated us to go to the next Bar. Thirty Minutes later another friend of ours meets up with us after having been at Hurricane Orielly's only to discover he did not have to pay a cover. After we have Left the Boston Beerworks, which by the way was great and Service was outstanding we walked back to Orielly's. This time around I requested a reason why only certain people get in with/without a cover and if we could get in to give them our business. The two I stress Two bouncers proceeded to tell us that they were understaffed and could not let us in. I requested their manager, who they said was busy behind the bar serving drinks. Made no sense to me as they had two bouncers on a powertrip and another who had kicked another poor patron out for having his shoes untied. Overall We had met a Business that was so unprofessional and lacked competence, customer service and the desire to make money as a Business. Therefore I recommend anyone looking to try this place out to avoid it at all costs. There are many other great establishments that will not Hassle with you to take your business. Just feel sorry if there were workers who actually care to bring more people in. The ones I ran into did not. Other great places include The Harp, Boston Beerworks, The Fours etc if you happen to be in that area.

The drinks are on the pricer side, but the atmosphere is fun! I've been here after a Bruins game (packed with hockey fans) and for a Guitar Dudes concert (packed with UMass alumni). Overall, fun spot!

I would not come here on a normal night (though I did quite often in my early 20's). Recently when my alma mater made the NCAA tournament they hosted a game watch which turned out to be quite enjoyable. Huge screens to watch my team with 300 of my closest friends while we drink cheap Bud Lights. Just like college... even the state of the bathroom.

Overly priced. Floors are always sticky. Bathroom always looks like there was a flood. Bouncers/staff are rude. Really dislike going here.

People are crazy for giving this place anything higher than a 1...maybe a 2. We stopped here before a concert because it looked like a happening crowd and the menu looked decent. It took 2 hours!!! 2 hours!!! to get a burger and mac and cheese. And when we did - the order was wrong! The drinks were great! That's about it.

Typcall Boston Irish bar experience. Crowded on weekends, dark, with sticky floors. Not a bad spot to grab a beer and watch the game on TV. If you're looking for a regular weekend hang out spot I'd look elsewhere.

The food is nasty. It costs 10 cents and they charge $10
