Please please please listen to the facts on the effects of the EU referendum. This guy is a Professor on EU law. So he knows his stuff! It's not spin it's facts just as you'd really like to hear.

Well it's only 5 days before I run the marathon! Time for a last push on the fundraising stakes! Anyone who doesn't yet know. I am running a full marathon for MacMillan Cancer Support at Nottingham Robin Hood Marathon on the 28th (this Sunday) because they are helping my auntie Dawn through her last days... and because there is nothing more I, or anyone else in this world, can do for her. Please if you can give anything in support of my run I would so appreciate it! you can donate through my just giving page. Every little helps and you'll be helping me over the finish line after only 12 weeks of training. (believe me it feels a hell of a lot longer than that!). Thank you!

I think only Edward Snowdon could answer that question ;-) I'm keen to see how this feature works. I think anyone interested can log into the runkeeper web site and track any app user on the day.

Crazy Apple fanboyz queuing up for the latest iPhone in Bath Friday morning. The even had a rent-a-crowd to applaud every punter that walked in the door. Technology is meant to be our servant, not the other way around!! sigh

There were dozens of these beautiful butterflies on the nature trail through Ravensroost wood on Saturday. I may have to make a special trip with my proper camera next week!

Indeed it is. I think genuine Bokeh is beautiful though so I would love to go back and take some proper wide aperture shots.:-)

Slightly dated interior and lacklustre breakfast let down an otherwise good overall experience. The staff let me park in their carpark the whole day I arrived on conference, even though there's only room for about 5 cars. They were also very helpful in providing directions and the room was clean and comfortable. I'd give 3.5 stars but I'm rounding down.

Awesome, filling and healthy food and happy staff = great combo. I also loved the authentic Mexican cola, very nice.

Great service, good portion size, super friendly and helpful staff. If you're after good value hearty Italian fare, look no further.

I was in need of a new pair of cycling gloves on the way into work one day. The staff were friendly and helpful and even agreed to haggle a little on the price! Which is almost unheard of these days! recommended.

Took my 3 year old daughter to the pool here. It's a bit on the cool side in the water but the fact that they can raise the pool floor to 30-50cm in depth makes paddling about a blast for her. To get that extra star, they'd need to make it a lot warmer in there.

Just had a half hour session back massage. I will be back for a longer massage as the knots in my shoulders, though much diminished need more attention than could be delivered in 30mins. Definitely recommended.

The guys at costas are great, always friendly and do a careful job. They are a bit pricey by national standards at £11 for a dry cut but they do a good job and if I'm in Cheltenham and need a cut they are still at the top of my list.
