We stayed in Kimball Lodge at the end of July. The accommodations were excellent. Everything was clean. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Loved the screened porch - great view, good seating, and a fan! There were plenty of people staying at the inn, but it was very quiet and peaceful - great place to unwind. Friendly staff, lovely beach!! Would love to return.

Awesome Old School Service. Wonderful staff and menu. My glass was never empty of water and I enjoyed every minute. Thanks for a wonderful night. Get there early for the three course meal. There is a reason this place has lasted so long.

Spent last weekend with the girls at the Island Inn. Stayed in one of the cottages and our stay was excellent. The cottage had an island feel but was updated with high end bathrooms and ammenities. Lovely. On the beach with beautiful view of the Gulf. Service was top notch. Very clean property. Loved Traditions restaurant. Great atmosphere, food was superb and entertainment had us up on the dance floor. Can't wait until next year.

Manager Chris Davidson and his staff made our stay at Island Inn like it were our home. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The property is well kept, we stayed in the Kembell Lodge with beach front views ~ Pool was always clean (not sure how they do that with all that sand) had a great July 4th weekend! This was our second time at Island Inn and we will return. The Franklin's ~ Cape Coral, Fl.

My husband and I just returned from our stay at the Island Inn and LOVED it. The rooms were very clean, the staff was exceptionally nice, and the location was beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. If I had to pick something to be wrong with it I could only come up with one small, little thing. The continental breakfast wasn't the best but it had the basics. If you have a problem with the continental breakfast drive down the road to the Island Cow for the best breakfast ever! If you don't mind eating fruit and pastries for breakfast then the quality of what they provided was still very good. This inn was very quaint and personal and we really liked that. The rooms looked like they have been newly remodeled but the inn's charm still remained in them. We will definitely be staying there again next year.

We had an excellent time at the Island Inn. Every occasion we went to the front desk, we were greeted with great service. I went with my boyfriend for a weekend get away and stayed in the smaller king room next to the office. I loved our wonderful view--all the rooms face the water. I couldn't get over how adorable our hotel room looked. The buildings are a bit older, but inside there are light hardwood floors and "shabby chic" decor..not the traditional retinal-burning beach theme you see at smaller hotels in Florida. We will be back!
