Wow! Can't believe I've lived in San Diego my whole life and just went to this place. I am giving 5 stars for it, because it is a whole package. The interior of this place is gorgeous, and was so fun to be in. Beautiful decor. The staff was friendly, quick and attentive. We had a large group of 8 and were seated immediately with our reservation and weren't crammed in a too small table either. The menu is great, lots of options and available customizations and it is great that all meals include salad and a scoop of ice cream at the end. A full meal, drink, salad, entree and dessert, ended up at about $15 per person. Will be back for some delicious pasta at amazingly great prices.

Have loved this restaurant since the old days before the remodel. Food is always good. fun atmosphere. The best dish they have is the Browned Butter and Goat Cheese. So decadent. I love it.

The service and food are terrible. The women at the front desk are a bunch of zombies with Old Spaghetti brains -- they would do racial profiling, like those bigots in the South. The food is terrible, tons of butter and salt. The place should be shut down for the safety of the public.

First time going to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner with friends. It was very nice and the food was good. Very noisy but we all made a lot of noise too. Not to expensive would definitely return if I am in San Diego again.

It's one of the places I like to go for lunch in downtown. The lunch specials (choice of soup, salads, or pastas) are offered with a fresh, hot bread & a choice of soup or sald (with dressing). The prices are very reasonable, especially for the location. The quantity of food for the price is excellent. This is a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal and company.

The service was way too slow and not really helpful. They were most preoccupied minding their own business than telling us not to worry about the long wait. The lasagna I ordered tasted bad and was expensive.

I went here while I was in San Diego. It was meh...not much better than an Olive Garden i'm afraid. With all the great places to eat down there I can't really recommend it.
