Time for another games played update (the last days have been busy):
Castles of Burgundy - enjoyed it very much, altough the board is a bit crowded for my taste (but I am sure this will be less annoying once you know the game
Hey, That's My Fish! - still a super cool little, abstract brain-burner
Pandemic - hard with 2 players and the wrong roles, 3 games played - 2 lost. Have the expansion and looking forward to play it
Zooloretto - haven't played it in a while - still like it very much, actually one of the better Spiel des Jahres
- dice game overkill -
Wanzen-Tanzen - ok game, not really that exciting
Würfelwurst - really good dice game
Martian Dice - I became a little burned out on this one
Piraten Kapern - my favorite lately, can be a bit random - but hey... it's a dice game
Zooloretto Dice Game - not too exciting, play Zooloretto instead
Bohnanza Dice Game - stay away from this one

Oh, and I bought: Kubb, Mölkky, Cross Boule and Ladder Golf (have played them all before and really like them)

So, after years of loving a song I finally saw someone play it on the guitar - here's one of my first tries (I didn't really bother to practice much) :)
Can you guess the song? You're chance to show that you are a real geek :)
Guess the song

Haven't written an update on my gaming nights, so here's what we played yesterday
Toc Toc Woodman - funny little game but our group tried to play to defensively. One error screws you over big time.
Survive: Escape from Atlantis! - superb remake/republished version of the old classic. If you don't mind some fighting at the table, this is the game to lose some friends. End game is not the best because some players have already saved their people while others are still struggeling.
Schlacht am Buffet - even though it's a Wallace, it didn't kick in for me. Simple card management game with some nice twists but definitely not something I have to own (or even play again)
Lakota - easy dexterity game with nice wooden components. Only draw-back: it's hard not to play a perfect game. So the winner is determined by whomever screws up or if you got a noob player to your right.

It's good to see that e-cars stop looking like a hybrid mix of easter egg and toddler's toys. ;-)
My personal favourite is the eRuf, which bases on the 911 Porsche (IIRC) and features solid power and range.
