Thank you Chris, not sure as to why you post these reviews under different alias but thats a minute point. If you were unsatisfied we would have been more than happy to show you your LCD and tested it in front of you. Sometimes with these daily deals customers think the deal covers ANY repair despite the damage so we agree with you on reading the print. We never represent our deals to be more than what it is and 98% of our customers understand that because they do read the deal and understand what they are buying. We apologize if your experience was not what you expected and would be more than happy to talk to you and bring you some resolution. Thanks again for your feedback as we do take it seriously.
