Pegasus Building Services is a leading commercial cleaning contractor providing clean healthy indoor environments for Commercial office buildings, Industrial and Manufacturing facilities of all types. We began operations in 1969 in Long Beach, Ca and now service over 300 buildings and employ over 500 cleaning personnel in the states of California and Arizona. Pegasus is proud to announce that in January of 2009, we became an employee owned and operated company (ESOP). Pegasus Building Services Company exists to improve the lives, property and the assets of our customers, by providing high quality and innovative cleaning and related services to our clients in a manner that meets their needs for janitorial services without compromising the health and safety of the people and the environment. We utilize “State of the Art” green cleaning procedures and implement policies to obtain the highest standards of an environmentally safe working establishment. Our expertise in green cleaning programs meets the United States Green Building Council’s LEED standards. This in conjunction with our Healthy High Performance Cleaning engages cleaning personnel, building occupants and suppliers in the effort to implement green cleaning practices that are cost effective while reducing liability and regulatory risks. We are passionate about what we do, we take pride in our work, and we do "Whatever it Takes" to ensure satisfied customers.
